My experience with the Koeing machine and the company itself was far from satisfactory. The machine was unable to cut a perfect circle or other freeform shapes without wobbling. They boast about being a local company that provides excellent service, but I still had to wait for weeks before they came or got back to me, if they did at all. One person suggested that a 900x600 size was good, while another person claimed that the machine's gantry was too large and too heavy which might have been the reason for its lack of precision.

Note, given that I rely heavily on precision for my work, and require pieces to fit together without gaps or burns, even the slightest wobble was unacceptable. I was more accurate cutting it by hand than with the machine which was meant to speed up the process while maintaining precision. After running some tests with a Trotec machine, the results were night and day. Price is also a massive difference but you quickly understand why.

If you require high-precision machinery and excellent service, I would not recommend going to Koeing. If you're looking for something cheap and don't particularly care about micro-precision, then perhaps their machine may be a good option for you. Personally, I wouldn't consider going back there

It's been about a year now we have been running the K1309 Koenig 150watt CO2 laser, so I thought it was time for a review. Can't fault it, we have had no issues, we run a home business so this is quite a large machine and required a sliding door be replaced with 2 opening doors to get it into the space, but it has run faultlessly. Had a small issue with the alignment laser being out after a year. One phone call and an instruction video was sent that day and we fixed the problem ourselves. Routine maintenace of cleaning the lense and bed area, that's it. For the size of the machine the pricing compared to some top end machines can't be beaten. Covid slowed us down like everyone but for the last month the machine is running 6hrs a day 7 days a week. Highly Recommended.

From the very first enquiry I have only had the most exceptional service from Koenig Victoria. If you are considering a laser that is well made and comes with great local support I highly recommend speaking with Jenny inparticularly at Koenig. I originally had no experience with lasers and Jenny was always helpful answering both basic and more complex questions professionally and clearly. I have now purchased 3 lasers and 2 digital filters from Koenig and I couldn't be happier with them. Thanks for great service!

Awesome customer service. I bought the 1006x laser machine 6 months ago and I'm really happy with it! I had no real design experience but the team at Koenig we so helpful whenever I had a question or needed help. I highly recommend these guys. Thanks again!

Incredible Service! Jenny and the team are always going above and beyond to help out their clients. Their service is the reason I refused to go offshore as they are always trying to help where they can, and they are always Friendly, Professional and their machines are great.

I purchased my first desktop machine from Koenig Machinery 1.5 years ago, since then I've purchased another machine from Koenig Machinery (a bigger one).

I did have an issue with a part which was replaced under warranty and in LESS than 24 hours from my phone call my machine was back up and running. They are easy to contact and always ready to help over the phone.

In the 2 years I've been purchasing materials and equipment from Koenig Machinery, I've had nothing but fantastic customer service.

Keep up the great work guys! Your service, materials and consumables are of high quality, if I didn't think so I wouldn't have purchased my second machine from you ;)
