I have ordered quite a few pieces from koala, they are beautifully made and being a Luxe member you get great deals.

This is 1st time, i did shopping with Koala and very bad experience. I bought 6 chairs and three were faulty. I sent email and i was being told that i need to wait for 24hrs but when i called back again after 24hrs then they are are saying that i need to wait for 48-72 hrs.
I asked them that i need to talk to manager but they don’t let me to talk to manager.
I won’t recommend any of my friends to shop with Koala because of their poor service

As every other comment dont waste your energy buying online. After 4 phone calls oversea call centre still cant locate my goods. They also provided me incorrect logistics contact number. I also had an logistics company turn up to my property thinking they had loaded goods which then they apologised and advisd back office forgot to load them. I am still waiting on reply to were the goods are

The warehouse takes way to long to get your goods ready. Don't understand because you book your pick up prior.

To say I am angry, disappointed and shocked are all understatements. I was quite excited to get home to my delivery only to get really annoyed.

I was so excited when I finally got to order my amber dinning chairs with gold legs as I will be hosting family for Christmas. I have already gotten rid of my old dinning chairs out of excitement. That excitement has now disappeared.

My Christmas plans have been ruined.where will my guests sit?

I ordered the amber peacock blue chairs with gold legs. Upon opening the boxes I found black legs. I would have just taken them but a) that is not what I ordered and b) does not go with my furniture or the theme I had for Christmas lunch.

That is just the beginning, the nails for the other 2 chairs are missing, if the legs were correct how was I supposed to mantle the chairs?

I should have seen it as a red flag when the shipping costs were miscalculated and only brought to my attention last minute. Had it not been for that I would have gotten my chairs last week.

I am now having to hound you to correct your mistake and I doubt I will get a quick response to my email as I normally have to chase up replies from your end.

Tell me how are you going to fix this in time for Christmas?

You have ruined my experience with you which used to be good.

I expect the correct product I ordered with all the parts to be sent. You need to promptly correct your error, massive really, otherwise I will be reporting you to consumer affairs.

Really unfair.some of us do not pick money from trees to have our ordered messed up like this.

I would not give it any star if I could.

Everything about this store is below average. Once you purchase an item, there’s no communication whatsoever from Koala Living. You will not receive any update on the status of your purchase. It’s very difficult to get a hold of them. Such poor customer service in an age of technology is beyond my understanding. It’s so poor that after many months you’ll receive your item out of blue with no update or heads-up.
The quality of the products are just pathetic. We bought four Quinn Bar Stools 4 months back and they’ve already started falling apart. When we reached out to koala living, they said they could not do anything. I paid so much money for a low quality item. Never again

DO NOT ORDER ONLINE!
Yes its pandemic, that's why we are ordering online to support Australian business. But if you cannot give proper customer service support to your online customers then might as well do your business on your branches only.
The Customer Service staff don't give you any update, no one is replying in the email, no one can confirm the real status of my order. Every customer service agents changes their stories.

They are terrible! I have been waiting for my furniture for 10 months and they still keep delaying it.
