5 stars! The team at Koala treat my son like family. They have been so beautiful in the way they supported my son during transition into daycare and continue to nurture and love him like their own. I cant speak more highly of the staff and facilitates!

Since day one Gill, Rachel and the team have been amazing! The transition for our 2 year old from a Melbourne centre to 'Koala Klub' Warrnambool has been seamless. A special thanks to Kelsey and Mel too. Very good playground, child development activities and facilities. Highly recommend

WOW! Where do I start with this centre - most times I tell my friends and family about where my daughter attends daycare I get quite emotional! I changed my daughter half way through last year from another centre to Koala, it was and has been the best decision I have made for her in her little life of 3 years this far! You walk in and are immediately greeted with the biggest smiles from Gill, Rach and the desk crew! They are the most accommodating and kind humans which flows throughout their entire staff - the educators are next level! Every single one of them has a smile on their face, happy to see the children, make each and every family member feel welcomed and just give that little bit extra! Keep up the great work Koala, you are making so many Mums, Dads, grandparents etc very happy and at ease with the care of their littlest loved ones! Thank you for creating such a welcoming environment for children and their families!:)

Very bad place to work. No respect from management/office toward employees. Get hired and promised a position. They use you for when they can't get anyone to work then remove you from the employee list for no reason. Do not bother applying. They will chew you up and spit you out. Very rude employees too. Nothing is done to fix the dynamic of the workplace. No communication by office and employees, they just randomly put you on a shift, say yes to every shift and they dont respect it. I find out im no longer an employee by looking on their Facebook page and find ive been removed from the group. What a joke!

What an amazing centre! The staff are nothing short of heroes! Making my little man feel at home each day! The care and compassion they show daily allows me to leave knowing he is being looked after well! Thank you for providing such a well ran and trusted centre, the service and facilities that we have access to are top of the range. We can’t wait to spend more years here to come!

My son is loving Koala. I feel like he’s settled in well and enjoys going.
He’s done his first paintings and is enjoying all the different foods.
The girls in his room are always friendly and helpful.

We have been using Koala childcare for almost 4 years and never had any issues. Our daughter loves the activities in the rooms and the way they are changed regularly. The staff are all friendly and caring towards both the children and their families.

Can’t say enough about the educators at Koala. They are all so friendly, work really hard with the kids and their development, and as a result my daughter loves her time at Koala. Her speech has come on leaps and bounds and she loves talking about the different activities they do every day.

The facility itself is great- immaculately kept, and a great outdoor play space. I would highly recommend Koala to any prospective parents.

My child has been attending koala for two years now and we find the educators kind, helpful, friendly and accommodating. Wouldn’t hesitate in recommending them.

Very caring team of educators and excellent facilities. Our little one has been with Koala since 6 months of age and will continue until kinder. Very happy with Koala Childcare.
