I reached out for assistance and I don't think I've ever had a door slammed in my face so quickly or heartlessly. I'm totally disgusted and will share that around with confidence!

I don't accept your excuses as you've managed to find the time now to explain why you were so rude, when you could have taken 30 seconds extra at the time. Rubbish excuses, please be more professional or change careers.

Last time I came in. Dr. Igor was extremely intoxicated. He was mumbling his words and repeating everything over and over. Never going back to this awful "doctor".

Dr Igor is fantastic. He has a lot of knowledge about pain management and different medications. The reception staff are lovely and so are the other doctors that I have seen at the practice such as Dr Grey and Dr Abas.

It was the libellous comment of Tom that motivated me to write this review along with my own experiences as a Medical Receptionist.

I have been a patient at Colchester/Knoxfield Medical Centre for many years. My son and husband have also attended this clinic. My main GP has been Dr Cheng, but I have also seen Dr Nolle, Igor Jakubowitz and a lovely Asian lady who did my last pap smear. Apologies for not remembering her name.

Respect is a two way street and we have always been treated very well at this clinic. My husband and I have complicated medical histories and have always received wonderful treatment or have been referred to specialists if required.

Please remember that the doctors and their staff are overworked in the current environment and despite this, deliver excellent service.

Fantastic doctors fantastic medical Centre been established for over 30 years the doctors in this clinic are very hard working and really care about you very helpful they know what they’re doing which has made every experience really good. The doctors are very good and really experienced. I recommend anyone to go there that has or is In need of a great doctor. I honestly suggest this is one of the best places Dr surgeries you can go to they do many researchers and help many people it is a very family friendly business located in Wantirna South. Simply lost for words…

My wife, who has suffered through two difficult pregnancies, all through lockdowns with NO SUPPORT, felt a huge relief when we approached Dr. Jacobowicz (who is also my Dr at the clinic) accepted to see her regarding our situation.

We made a booking and paid for the consultation upfront.

On the day of the appointment we arrived half an hour early with our two children in the car. Excited to see the Dr, my wife entered into the clinic, mask and coffee in hand ready to see the Dr.

She was greeted by reception and told to fill out forms for “new patients”

So she began to drink her coffee and fill out rhe forms, before she was met with harassment from other staff regarding the mask that was not around her nose. Frustrated she came out to the car while we waited for the appointment.
5 minutes after appointment was due to start she re-entered the centre FULLY MASKED OVER THE NOSE, to find out where the Dr was. She was then told that the Dr was running late and would arrive at rhe centre within 10mins or so.

Again we waited in the car, only to be approached by a receptionist who ad ised us that due to not wearing a mask the Dr did not want to see her…

Is this really how we need to be treating each other? Over something as stupid as a mask WHILE drinking a coffee?

It would appear that “do no harm” means nothing to this practice and its Dr’s and after reading through others experiences with the centre im not surprised that it came to this.

Whether it was staff or the actual Dr (who wasnt even present in the centre) this is a sickening display of a complete lack of compassion and reason.

Dr. Igor is fantastic.
The health system in general is unreliable and the doctors here do whatever is within his power to try to help you though medical issues.

Reception is also very nice & friendly.

I’ve been going to this clinic for over 30 years and it’s still the best medical practice I’ve ever been to. I’ve been seeing Dr Igor Jakubowicz for most of these years but I’ve seen other doctors there especially Dr David Foster who is also a great doctor as are many others between their two clinics. Dr Jakubowicz has a lot of knowledge on many medical problems such as skin conditions to doing diving medicals amongst other specialities but his biggest achievement regarding myself is his knowledge on chronic pain as I discovered after a serious car accident. While he’s not a pain specialist his knowledge in certain areas of pain management is equal to expert’s in this field. While at times you may have to wait, sometimes up to 30/45 minutes to seek him I know from experience that he’s busy helping someone in need as I’ve had appointments that have gone longer than normal due to the complexities of my injuries. If he can’t help you he certainly has a wealth of knowledge and a network of great of specialists he can refer you to. He has helped me so much over the years that I’ll never be able to thank him enough. That goes for Dr Foster and all the doctors I’ve seen from time to time. A big shout out to all the auxiliary staff who are all excellent. Lastly if you think you have a complex medical issue I encourage you to make an extended appointment so you can try and get it resolved which can keep waiting times to a minimum so following patients don’t have to wait to long.

Fantastic doctors fantastic medical Centre been established for over 30 years the doctors that are in this clinic had very good very helpful they know what they’re doing the main doctor a gorgeous Cuba which has had experience in all fields for many years he has medical student working for him on a constant basis and is teaching the next generation of GPs it is a fantastic surgery to go to and I would recommend anyone to go there that has never been there before they do not bulk bill but that is okay they bulk bill pensioners and people under 16 over that if you work you will pay or if you are over the age of 16 You will have to pay but I honestly suggest this is one of the best places Dr surgeries you can go to they do many researchers and I help many people it is a very family friendly business located in Wantirna South I please I hope that you read my review and it is helpful thank you for all your help Knoxfield medical Centre

Rude staff and doctors can't handle a difficult health issue. Waiting time is normally 30 minutes plus after appointment time. Nurse did not wear gloves to handle dressing and when asked to do so got offended and said her hands were clean. She then told me she never wears gloves because her hands are to small. I had been going to this doctors for years for the usual basic medical care, but when I went for a more serious condition they were not interested and said I should go elsewhere. I would not go here if you required some quality medical care.

Very bad experience with dr.yang Cheng.
He sent my little boy to Anglish hospital and he admitted to hospital for serious issue. When we went for next check up he Didn't listen at all. He used words says I don't care about reports from hospital?

My husband and I have been attending the practice for over 25 years. During this time we have been under the excellent care of Dr Igor Jakubowicz and Dr Yang Cheng.
At no time have we felt rushed during our visits, and our ailments have been thoroughly investigated and treated.
Both doctors have shown a genuine interest in us and our lives, thereby enabling them to have a greater understanding of us as patients.

The staff and doctors here are all excellent. I normally see Dr Igor Jakubowicz and he is exceptional. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this practice and the doctors there to anyone.
