Wanted to buy a car and paid $500 deposit of. Later we changed our mind and canceled the deal next morning within the cooling off period. Took them 6 months repeated emails and 2 visit to get money back

I was cheated by Mitsubishi Knox staff. I was still new in the country and thought I was dealing with professional. They gave me a 12.3% interest rate. Took my Car in trade in for Free. They basically Conned me.
They abused my Trust

I had my Outlander’s first service here, as per the Service warranty. Imagine my surprise when my next service was finished (at a different service centre) the service book had not been completed! I did contact them was assured they would email me proof of service, that was 2 weeks ago nothing so far, not impressed! Supposed to be a professional Mitsubishi dealership.

The service from Nic, Matt and Stacey was exceptional. They worked with me and helped me get my brand new Mitsubishi Triton on the road with ease. Couldn’t speak any higher of my experience with the team, thank you all so much for your professionalism and services.

Please don’t get finance from them they are fraud. I borrowed 16500 from them, later I called up asking for pay out figure somehow the paperwork said I borrowed 18649$

I got my brand new Mirage from here and everyone I delt with was absolutely amazing with their customer service.

Melissa was especially attentive through the entire experience and was giving me regular updates on the delivery date of my car as well as even going to the lengths of calling me to check up on how the new car had been since receiving it, despite her only just coming back from leave.

While I'm happy with the SUV we purchased (its a just a car) I am very unhappy with the lies we were fed during the sales process about critical things like Rego length. If you must shop at this Branch (and I recommend you do NOT) then avoid Emily! She is the sort that will will not tell you everything you need to know and when approached afterwards about things will effectively tell you to take a running jump. Like the Brand but HATE the service.

Phil and the team at Knox Mitsubishi are fantastic, there no pressure and transparent approach was extremely refreshing.

Dropped my car in for repair and service. They were polite and efficient on the phone. Polite and efficient when I dropped off and picked up the car. As far as I can tell they did a good job with replacing a part. Minus one star because the service person said they would call or txt me to confirm when the car was ready (though we agreed on pick up time). They didn't txt or call.

Couldn't be happier with the car and the service we received from Nic. Got a great deal too!
