Room is comfortable and clean.and service is good. Reception staff is very helpful. And thanks to Jason and Ada, who are very friendly and kind.

I'm currently staying here for a couple of nights, and am so far enjoying it very much. I was quite lost when I arrived at midnight, but that quickly changed when the two lovely ladies turned up to help me. They were pleasant, helped me understand, and promptly organised a comfy room for me. I actually need to extend my stay by one night, so, hopefully I can, as it seems busy.
Anyway, for those people having a gripe at such trivial issues here. Please take a long hard look in the mirror. Where do you think you are? The Windsor Hotel? Five star for me. ️

A two night stop over. 1st night, wheelies from the Gym carpark at 2.15am not appreciated.
On the whole, good for a short stay.

Apartment 35 appeared to be devoid of any cleaning or maintenance for some time. Floors were sticky and badly stained, furniture so dirty we pulled a sheet off the bed to cover so we could sit. When we wiped down the surfaces the towel went black and we ended up doing our own clean of the apartment after deciding it was to late in the day to leave. Plants had even grown in through the window. I have stayed at many places and wouldn't consider myself a 'clean-freak' by any stretch but this place was disgraceful and left us disappointed.

Stayed here for work and arrived after the front desk had closed. I called the number on the door and a lovely lady checked me in after hours. Great service. It's no Grand Hyatt but you're not paying those prices. Clean rooms, comfortable bed. What more do you need.

Would not recommend to stay here as my experience staying one night got me very sick the last couple of days which I believe the room had a Air conditioner that was on most of the night and clearly never had its fitters changed and full of all nasty stuff over the years.

The hotel was very run down it looked like it had been closed for covid and when opened up again no work had been done the furniture was tired and badly marked the balcony had cigarette but on it we had to go to reception and ask for clean towels. The grounds outside were very unkept the grass needed cut and weeded. The telephone at the reception which you are supposed to use if you arrive after 6pm did not have a handset just a wire with a note saying out of order. We booked this Hotel as the pictures looked lovely but what a shock we got when we arrived. Our relatives that pick us up at the airport wanted us to go and stay with them it was so bad. Would not advise anyone to stay here.

Don’t recommend. Room stank of cigarettes when first entering. Reception brought over air freshener which was actually cleaning spray so useless! Room dirty. Rice on the floor and TV unit. Yuk. TV didn’t work, ironing board damaged, cupboard door broken. Sliding door broken so couldn’t be closed when trying to air out the room. Very disappointed for supposed 4 star accom.

AVOID AT ALL COST! Disgusting behaviour to deny that a booking had been made when we had clear booking confirmations from website used to book, payment receipts and rooms still available. Would not listen to reason, despite being shown evidence of payment and booking, staff flat out lied saying room wasn’t paid for, then changed to they were full. Do not risk your travel plans and having to find another hotel while being out of pocket for this one. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. You will be reported to both the travel website and consumer affairs.
Edit to add, since I can’t reply to the owners comment: Don’t be coy about it today asking to see the booking confirmation. My husband showed it all to your staff member last night. We have the booking confirmation from Agonda and receipts from PayPal. It had been confirmed and paid in full. You run a disgusting rort and have been reported already.

This hotel looks a bit rough but it's clean good outlook close to Eastlink and shops has a restaurant pizza restaurant and a second restaurant plenty of walks too

Comrades! I never knew there were Brezhnev era Soviet apartments in Wantirna! The one I stayed in at the Knox (for some reason called) International Hotel and Apartments, was complete with an authentic, piquant mixture of stale cigarette ends. The communal area by my apartment front door was in keeping with the theme too. A bizarre mould-like bouquet in the walkway with a cigarette bin attached to the wall bore evidence of years of angry, smashed out, spent cigarettes with white ash adorning the ground with curious fatty staining on the paving. Inside, the curator of the artifacts in the kitchenette should also be commended for an excellent Soviet era white goods collection. A bona fide post-war treat for any sentimental old comrade that misses home. Housekeeping kept it together acceptably well, but not without fault.

Worst staying. I booked non smoking room, but the room I had was a stench. I couldn't request to change the room because the reception was already closed. The room didn't look like the photo at all. I couldn't sleep properly because everything was smelling smoke.

This is absolutely misleading photos! No where near reality the photos been altered and photographed to look nice and clean! But it was Rubbish I was shocked actually! Filthy and messy! Stay away!

5 stars for the service, arrived late in the evening, was tired from a long drive, the receptionist was very helpful and even arranged for me to get assistance to carry my bags up the stairs and arranged a late checkout for me.
Overall very happy.

Bathroom stank, electrical wires exposed on the outside A/C unit. Wardrobe doors didn't move, bed had 2 uncomfortable single mattresses and the sheets didn't fit.
Desk chair was filthy, Owner wasn't interested.

I have just noted that we stayed in room 38, there are previous reviews from 3 years ago that tell of the same damage!

Damage to walls and cupboards, doors with kick in damage and a feel of neglect and stagnation.

Stains on the roof.

Cupboard door off hinges. Fan in bathroom not working. Couldn't get heater to work properly bed was a bit too hard. Handy desk for laptop use. Internet access was reliable.
I suppose you get what you pay for and location was handy for my purpose.

Don't stay here. You can find somewhere much better. The room stank of cigarettes upon entry. The door to the balcony was broken so we couldn't actually close it; we had to place a pillow in front of the gap in the door in an attempt to cover it. The balcony itself was awful and neglected. There was a big stain on the couch. There were cockroaches on the walls and a big whitetail spider in the bathroom. The floor was dirty. The young man at the reception desk, although he was not rude, he also wasn't exactly polite or welcoming. This whole place feels rundown and neglected. The photos were completely misleading. Not worth the money whatsoever.

Good value for the price you pay, most rooms have laundry facilities and rooms are clean. Close to shops so it's in a handy location to get to everything.
