Guy was excellent and full of advice. Just had new flooring put in and was confused as to what product to buy. The gentleman could have talked me into buying the full range of cleaners but he was really honest telling me I only needed one not the full 3. Great service.

Just had our whole house done with flooring and carpet. Amazing experience with these guys, from Ray who quoted, to Thelma and Debbie in the office, and a special mention to the tradies Adam and Aiden who layed the flooring, and Jarrod who layed the carpet. Hybrid flooring laid by Flooring Xtra Knoxfield and could not be happier from the initial inquiry through to site visit and then to installation. Dealing with Sean in the showroom was very easy and with no stress. Same with the installation guys, no fuss, job was done very well and premises left very clean and tidy on completion. Office is easy to deal with and work has always been professionally done, unfortunately we had a bad experience with a subcontractor that they employed recently. When we called to talk about the issues, they said sorry it was a subcontractor and they could not do much about it. So buyer beware ask if they will be using a subcontractor or not because if something isn't right they do not seek to make amends for the issues. The experience was disrespectful, unsafe and against the law. We have used their services twice and the first time was great, second time was not and thus we will be suing someone else now. I also gave them the opportunity to address the issues before leaving me no other option but to alert the community to their practices. They offered a bottle of carpet cleaner and the option of having leftover carpet turned into rugs. I asked to speak to the boss but he did not even want to talk to me, instead leaving it up to their front desk (who is lovely). Hopefully they do not employ that subcontractor again.

The team know their floors. Better than others from same industry in the area in terms of quality for price, and customer service. Installation done by them and not random contractors. Definatly see these guys if you need help to choose the right flooring, not just someone who wants to just sell you anything!

We have just had 6 rooms carpeted by Knox Flooring Xtra. I can't speak highly enough about their service. The price, quality, staff and carpet layer were brilliant. Everything was done helpfully, on time, neatly and on budget. I'd very happily recommend them.

This is a very pleasant and professional company to deal with.the quote we received was reasonable and the advice that we received was very helpful. We had problems that two other companies could not help us with. Four heavy pieces of furniture and also a pe-existing concrete washing machine base that was too high and uneven for flooring to be fitted. The two gentlemen who installed the flooring also dealt with the above problems and everything was completed neatly, efficiently and professionally. My husband and I are very happy with the result and are extremely pleased to be able to highly recommend this company.

We recently had our flooring replaced in our house after our 10 mth old fridge flooded our house. We came across this business through our insurance RACV. From the moment Shaun attended our home we felt complete confidence in his knowledge and what needed to be done. Shaun was very approachable and had a great range of knowledge on product and installation requirements. We had to choose two types of coverings carpet and floating floors, we choose a beautiful charcoal carpet with the premium underlay (soooooo soft), we also went with KARNDEAN KORLOK flooring in Spotted Gum, we are so impressed and love the quality of the floor and the service with installation. Andrew and Scott who installed our carpet were so efficient and professional whilst in our home and Aiden and Adam just got on with a massive job of rebuilding floor and then installation to a very high standard. We are so thankful for their assistance during what has been a very difficult time with our insurance. I just want to add they have been the only Trade that has come into our house with knowledge, clear understanding of what needs to be done and has done the job above and to a very high standard.
