Knox Carpet Court

Dropped off Thursday 4th January approximately 3.30pm to have Knox Carpet Court come out for an NDIS quote. No can do. Stated a variable figure of $100-$10,000 for floor levelling, which proved they didn't want the business (excluding vinyl/hybrid type floor cost). It's difficult enough navigating the stresses of the disability sector, made worse by companies like this that simply disrespect people with disabilities. A quote of a variance of plus or minus $10,000 shows that Carpet Court just doesn't want to work with this important sector of the marketplace. 20% of Australians identify with having a disability. It's a flooring quote to remove and replace carpet in a disabled persons primary bedroom and house, it wouldve been simpler to say nope, we dont do the disabled sector.

I am very happy with the laying of the hybrid timber flooring. It looks amazing & neighbours have also commented on the wonderful result.
Also the carpet in the three bedrooms looks great.
I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Jay at Knox carpet court, he really looked after my requirements and is an expert in his field. Many thanks Jay, much appreciated.

From the first consult with Jay in the showroom, to the prompt measure and quote to the final message to see if I was happy with the job, I couldn't fault anything. Jay was very patient with me when I was undecided about the product and color and reassured me it would be fine and to take my time to make the decision, to the booking in of his floor laying team, Adam, Nick, Steff, Brendan, and also the caulkers, Snowy and Oscar, which did a fantastic job in laying the product and the cleanup afterwards. My new flooring has completely changed the look of my whole space. Really appreciate everyone's efforts at Knox Carpet Court. Highly recommend!

We had been shopping around for carpet for a few weeks and we thought we would pop by Carpet Court in Knox. We were welcomed by a team of friendly and honest people (Jay and Leigh in particular). They are very informative and provide you with the knowledge you need about carpet. I love that from initial visit, to consultation, to installation, to final payment was all but professional, seamless and timely. They were so accomodating to our budget, our needs (pets and young kids) and our time for measure up and quote. Thank you to the Carpet Court team in Knox! By far the one of the best experiences. Very disappointed with the quality of the install and how this was handled. They sell you a promise of prestige finish from start to finish, well the sales pitch with the ' on sale this weekend spin only ' is the start but after they hook you invite the promise of a quality install this is what you are left with! Carpet dropped in the wardrobes and told that how it will be, only after multiple calls and run around with sub standard trades failing to turn up.

I highly suggest to find your own installers or shop around elsewhere.

Walked into Carpet Call Knoxfield, had a lovely guy who came to measure & quote the same day, gave us a FANTASTIC price for our blinds. Three weeks later they are ready to be installed. Paid over the phone with great customer service from Maddy. Great service all round. So difficult to find this kind of customer service nowadays. Thank You.

I am so happy with my new carpet! Jay and the guys at knox we’re amazing. I dealt with other stores and brands whose customer service was no where near as good as these guys. I drove a hard bargain, and I was moving in the same day the carpet was laid. The tradies were super quick and efficient getting the job done so we could move in. Highly recommend!

Great experience with carpet installation. They were prompt and managed to get our job in before Christmas which was much appreciated. The installers were prompt, courteous and did a great job! They even removed some internal doors to get a perfect finish on the edges. Highly recommend and will use in the future!

My experience with Knox Carepet Court has been horrible, full of surprise.you may buy product but never take installation services. The workmanship is poor I am planning to serve a legal notice. The installer asked who is going to stay in this property the installation quality depends on that, charged me additional more than double the money that I paid carpet court for installation. Their initial quote was $6k. At the end they left unfinished section owing to material shortage, now Michael from Carpet Court has a different version. Further, they arrived three days ahead of schedule without any communication forcing to accommodate floor installation just a week prior to Christmas, which was a major issue for me. With my experience, I will simply avoid this place.

Response: Qantas point was part of deal so I have requested confirmation. It has nothing to do with the floorboard installation. Please come to home and see the workmanship you will understand details.
On day 2 it was left for the relatively inexperienced team to complete the task where there are several short cuts. Installation prior to Christmas was known from the day1 while schedule was mismanaged, it is great to have my main renovation contractor absorbing interruption for which I had to bear the cost. Surprise in every moment after I paid my money. This poor experience is known to all my friends who were with me and seen me suffering and advised me that I must share my experience for greater good of other buyers

I went with Knox Carpet Court due to the positive reviews received and I can confirm they are all true. I can honestly say working with Michael and Tom has been fantastic, their service I cannot fault, they are knowledgeable of their products, honest in their recommendations and backed with high quality of work and customer service. Michael is approachable and patient, even out of hours he is contactable, returns my calls or messages promptly to answer all my endless queries. Tom's workmanship is second to none and he always takes pride in the work he does in delivering exceptional quality work and service. Got some flooring installed by Carpet Court Knox and the team did an exceptional job. Jay, Leachim and Michael had an abundance of product knowledge and were ready to help. Had a terrible experience dealing with this carpet court which was so disappointing. Firstly we booked the floors boards to be done on a Thursday and when the builders showed up they ripped up all my carpet and proceeded measure the floor. They then said it would cost $1000 to level the floor, but they couldn't do it that day as they had to buy supplies. So after being at my house for 15 minutes they left. A whole day I had booked to have them there was wasted, plus no carpet for a week!
When I called carpet court to say how angry I was Michael and his son told me that this "sometimes happens" and the floors need to be leveled, well if that is true why don't these builders have the supplies with them when coming out to do floors.
What was quoted to be a $6000 turned out to be a $7000 job.
Not only that but they didn't know that they also had to rip up the tiles in our kitchen and the builder "didn't bring his jack hammer", so that entire section wasn't done properly and now is so squeaky when we walk on it. Clearly no communication goes on between the shop and the builder or the builder just doesn't know how to read a form.
The last issue is that we now have 3 holes in our floors where the boards meet the skirting and after at least 5 calls about it and empty promises for the builder to come back and fix it, it is still not done 3 months after the fact.
Terrible customer service and if the builder had come back to fix these issues I would not have written this review at all.

Carpet looks great the Mrs is really happy so I'm happy. Strongly would reccomed using these guys ask for Rob the Carpet installer he was great and very professional he did a great job and the store was very easy to deal with. Great experience Thanks
