Knox Athletics Track

This place is great. Me and my school did their District athletics here and it was just the best. It is a really big space and lovely to do sports here. Though the toilets do need a bit of attention but, overall this place is lovely.

Terrible etiquette from the trainers from the athletics club who stop you mid-sprint and refer to track training times which aren’t posted anywhere.

Currently a sign displayed banning members of the public. Weekdays between 4pm to 7pm, Wed (4pm to 9pm) and every weekend if there's a competition due to COVID protocols. I understand during a scheduled event or competition, but I can't jog the outside lane on a weekday afternoon in the open air because of COVID protocols? I can't use the gym equipment by the side of track because of COVID protocols? "The Knox Park Athletics Centre is a place for people of all ages and abilities to explore their fitness and improve their health. " - But only when we say so and NOT at the most accessible times.

They really need to repair the jumping boards at the long jump/ triple jump pits. Today, my friend jumped off the long jump board towards the canteen side of the track and he slipped on it, resulting in a Tibia bone fracture in his knee. He will be out for 3 months due to this. The board wasn’t wet, but it was very old and very rundown.

Attended Menzies creeks primary school sports at this venue and had a great day. What a joy seeing everyone having a lovely day and the kids trying with confidence different events, knowing they might not win, but still having a go. Teachers give yourself a pat on the back because of your guidance they were able to do this. The venue is lovely with plenty of shade n seating, though the toilets a bit smelly. Lovely place to go to for a run and exercise.

Such a great club to be part of.awesome equipment and great atmosphere.highly reccomend joining up.

Here every Saturday for little athletics, great facilities and little playground for inbetween events. Go Scoresby striders!

The track is well maintained and the gear and facilities are all clean and ready to be used great for school events

This place is a decently well maintained place with adequate amenities but it has limited seating area without proper chairs.

Knox athletics track has all the elements you need in the enviroment. Its clean, has undercover stadium areas and has public toilets. The track includes a 400m 8 lane running track, a javelin pit, a shotput pit, a discus pit, and long jump and triple jump areas id highly recommend

We're SO lucky to have such a great athletics track in Knox, and so many welcoming groups who use it.

This is a great athletics location! Nice and close with a BMX trac next door as well.
Stadium style seating and a kiosk with plenty of open grass for any other purpose as well.

Was here a few weeks ago for an athletics carnival, and was impressed by the condition of the facilities provided at Knox Athletics Track.
