Knafeh Nabulseyeh reviews
48 Loved the knafe. Reminded me a lot of the one I use to have as a kid in Syria.
Great memories popping up as I took every bite. The lady at the front was super nice too and very helpful.
Will probably go back tomorrow.
Amazing Food, Best Knafe you could ever taste in Australia. Very Authentic. And best of all the host Moosa and Saieda
This is the only place I know that specialises in knafeh and as such I must give an obligatory 5 stars haha. I like their coarse knafeh the most.
Authentic middle eastern desserts, everything is made from the ground up, the best knafeh you'll ever try in Melbourne
I have never seen such a bad cupcake in my life. It looked and smelled so bad that I couldn't even taste it. Serving hot künefe on a plastic plate is a disgrace!
The kunafah is good for people looking for one with cheese. We were hoping to find the one with cream that we have eaten in the Middle East but they don't make it here. The lady behind the counter is very sweet and welcoming.
I just want to say wow, 100% next will visit again.thank you for your hospitality.need to open in Sydney: P
Beautiful fresh and delicate Knafeh - even when we've come by toward the end of the day. Owner provided suggestions on how to serve the treat which were appreciated. Loved it and looking forward to coming back soon!
10/10 everything! ما شاء الله
I enjoyed the Knafeh and Shafayef, quite delicious! The coffee was so good. The atmosphere was just perfect. And the staff was super friendly and nice! I'm definitely going back.
Best and authentic Knafeh you’ve every try in Melbourne, as well as other delicious pastries, loved it. And very welcoming and friendly staffs (thank you). Highly recommend, must try, and five stars from me Don’t forget to heat the Knafeh 20 seconds in your microwave
The knafeh was really good but the baklava was even better. Perfect texture, crunch, filling and sweetness. Excellent customer service. Follow them on instagram as their posts give excellent explanation of their food! Wish they start making cream knafeh as well. Definitely visiting again!
Knafeh Nabulseyeh is not as sweet as other knafeh - which I think is better. Lovely crunchy texture and mouthfeel. Don’t miss the raqwe coffee with knafeh. Best dessert in Melbourne!
Knafeh is not easy to get right. It's delicate in its structure and proportionality yet explosive in its flavour, followed by a warm melting sensation. But to top it off, my experience with it is top tier, as I've been lucky enough to have visited Nablus myself and eaten knafeh from its most prominent source, having withstood the test of time and the devastating destruction of war and usurpation.
While I am very fortunate to have had knafeh in the heart of Nablus, it does set the bar rather high, making it difficult for anything to match it in the future.
However, Knafeh Nabulseyeh made such a dauntingly difficult task look easy, as the knafeh took me back to 2018, to be my 16 year old self who went from having just tasted the most bitter defeat of his life in the quarter finals of the Qatar international Arabic debating competition to suddenly being hit by a seemingly novel wave of sweetness.
My experience with Knafeh Nabulseyeh was nostalgic and spectacular, to say the least, and on top of that, meeting Nada (one of the wonderful staff there) was great too.
I'll definitely be back there (probably tomorrow lol) for that knafeh
The knafeh is great. But why do you serve it in plastic plates and cutlery? If it was served on a proper plate with steel cutlery I would have enjoyed it more.
Don’t know about other items but the shawarma was basic and overhyped. Not much could be said about the service either. Dude was curt and tried to overcharge me in a sneaky way. Disappointing cuz I was really craving a wrap and choose this place based on other reviews.
Two of my friends and I went to try their Knafeh tonight and we can all agree that it’s hands down the best and most fresh Knafeh we’ve ever had. We also tried their fresh baklava which was just mouth watering and amazing. The staff were also super sweet and friendly. Will definitely be back soon:)
So glad I gave this place a go. I tried the Knafeh and it is absolutely delicious. We don’t have this dish in Brazil but somehow it connected me to those dishes you gramma does with so much love. Want to try the other things to see if they as delicious.
Food is tasty however a rip off. Wrap is tiny for what it costs and the fact they are always out of chips is just almost impossible to believe. Who runs out of chips! This unfortunately comes across as a lazy, unreliable outfit.
Only ever tried the Knafeh here and it is the only one I've had outside of Palestine which tastes like the one in Palestine. I refuse to eat it elsewhere.
Heart warming back story (read about it on SBS!) and delicious kanafeh. It’s a little on the expensive side but understandable considering it’s authenticity. It closes at 8pm though on a Sunday (not 10pm).
