Kmart Waurn Ponds

I asked a teenager employee that what is meant by Fitted sheet and she explained me that it is not a protective layer for the mattress but an overthrow on the bed. I bought it after she advised me but when I opened it packed stuff at home it was not it what was explained to me. I went to return it back the next day and they did not return it back, Its fine that the boy in blond hair said "because of hygiene reasons we cant take it back. But there was no reason to check my bag when I was leaving the Kmart store. I wonder how some of them are employed when they lack knowledge and the right mannerism to handle customers.

I actually stopped here to see if they had any new lego. Alas, that was not to be. I'm sure other outlets have what I'm looking for. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

One of the finest and equipped Kmart have noticed. This store has plenty of varieties and importantly stocks are available in Store. Friendly staff, easy to navigate and no longer waiting in queue as multiple checkouts are available.

How can you not love kmart! This stores layout is great too. Always very friendly staff at the front of the shop with plenty of hand sanitiser to offer us.
Kmart products are so fun too. No complaints from me.:)

Not a fan of this store. It has a weird vibe to the store. But if you want cheap stuff, then this is the store for you.

Always buying more than planned. Had the stock I wanted. Friendly staff always ready to assist shoppers.

It's Kmart.filled with things that look almost as good (but aren't) as stuff in other shops that you'd rather be shopping at but can't justify the expense of.

Clean, bright, well organised and stocked. Great value for money. Friendly helpful staff, well worth a visit!

Been here plenty of times to get some clothes and books and a wide range of products that haven't let me down. Awesome range of stuff to look at and get and the service is also great

Ridiculously great prices, can find almost anything you need there. Very easy to find things you're looking for and customer service is very good.

Not one staff member could give you efficient customer service. Checkout Ryan can't process items properly so if you haven't helped him do his job the staff at the exit treat you like a theif. I will never buy anything again from Kmart. Oh the prices are always not what the shelf suggested very bad service.

Overall it's a great Kmart store. Plenty of variety, perfectly laid out and staff are friendly. I think they need more sign a dictating smaller areas such as automotive or pet supplies etc

Super wide variety of things and really great quality and price. I love Kmart and this store has such a large store floor and stock range. One of the best Kmarts to go to if your looking for things.

I will give 5 stars to any big store who chooses to employ people at cash registers. 5 stars for local jobs there.

More corporate rip-off charging 15 cents for flimsy plastic bags. Use paper bags for environmental responsibility and stop ripping people off on envimental excuses

The layout makes zero sense, but it's kmart and they didn't yell at us when I played down ball with my 83 year old grandmother in the sports department.

Great selection and great bargains. Still can't get used to the check out in the middle of the store.

Self service checkouts: (never work and no a Custer service person anywhere. Leave at least one checkout person on a real checkout.shame on you cost cutting job culling evil business.

Its kmart. They have everything and are very good with any issues with products.

Prices aren't as good as they use to be but if you need something they probably have it.
