Had both cars tyres supplied and fitted by Gordon and the team. Both times they’ve gone over and above - even repaired my spare tyre for the caravan for free last time. Went in again yesterday due to a screw in the tyre, fixed the same day with no fuss as part of their free puncture repair service. One of the last remaining old-school, great customer service businesses. Won’t go anywhere else.

I came in today, my car was making a weird noise, these guys were kind enough to squeeze me into their busy schedule and have a look for me. Fixed the issue and were so kind through the process, didn't make me feel silly for not knowing car things. Will definitely be returning for my next service.

Had my car broke down in KFC Shepparton, was desperate as my mate and I had a flight to catch. We looked up the closest mechanic and found this place. Walk there, told them what happened, old mate and his son Ben walked to my car and trying their best to fix it. Unfortunately it was the starter motor and we were out of luck to start the car. But the graciousness of them coming to the car itself and trying to fix the problem was top notch. We appreciate your efforts nonetheless!

Called up last minute a few weeks ago as I had a small puncture in my tyre and had to get back home to Nagambie. Gordon fit me in straight away, when I went to pay he said not to worry about it. We will definitely be back, such a genuine act of kindness.

Absolutely amazing customer service, recognized there was an issue with my transmission during a service check and suggested to take it to a business that specializes in transmissions and completely refunded my service check. Absolutely blown away by the kindness of the staff!

Super friendly and helpful team. My front bumper had come off nearby, so I went in to the shop to ask for some help and they were more than happy to push it back into place and tape it up so I was able to get my car home regardless of me not having an appointment and them being quit busy! I Really appreciated the help, thankyou so much!

Our aircon stopped working on the hottest weekend, we were four hours from home and were referred here to get it looked at. They were flat out, however didn't hesitate to step in and help us in our time of need. Fixed the problem with ease and we're so friendly and welcoming. Highly recommend to everybody! Lifesavers
