Kmart Tyre & Auto Service Rowville

Customer service at the checkout is a hit and miss, some days nobody is working at the checkout resulting in everyone using self checkout, other days there are great customer service at the checkout.
They older lady that works at the change rooms in really mean.
A lot of the times I go there to get an outfit which they say they have online, they don’t end up having in store.
And Dave who is always on the door makes me not want to shop there because he gives me the creep when I enter and exit.

Convenient location, not a huge shopping centre so easier to park at and get in / out of the shops. I’m a fan of Kmart, and yesterday they came through with the goods when one of my shoes fell apart at work - thankfully they stock a good variety of flats, and they even cater for my giant feet (just!) so I could nip down and buy a pair on my lunch break. Have always found what I needed here.

Good sized store with an adequate amount of stock level. Store is laid out nicely and has easy to read signs to find what you’re looking for easily. Staff are friendly and helpful. Store wasn’t too busy which was a nice change from visiting other Kmarts.

Prices are normally pretty reasonable, not many manned checkouts these days though, which can cause a bit of a wait at the checkout. Not as good a range of fantasy books as they used to have. Clothes pricing is reasonable.

Waiting for an unreasonable amount of time at the click and collect door after pressing the ring button over and over

Rarely busy, parking is not an issue. Restocking can be patchy at times but it's a quick in and out if you must go to Kmart.

A great range of stuff in Rowville Kmart but very poor customer service at the self checkout Thursday afternoon around 3: 30pm. The lady was rude and grumpy at the check out. I only asked my right to get my proper receipt. I was rather offered a jammed and half printed receipt by the lady because “oh well it has everything”. She rather became very rude and grumpy when there was responsive and informative customer service required.
Very very poor customer service I’ve ever received at anywhere.

Good variety of choice, doesn’t cost the earth and the quality has vastly improved. Good value for money!

Good bargain. Plenty of stock, variety and ideas. Just remember to eat before go hungry. Enjoy your shopping sprees

I love this place! It always has 90% of what I really need and I can easily find what I need literally at my fingertips.

Went to Kmart to buy fitted bedsheet but ended up seeing other bargains to buy. Wasnt very busy in middle of the day, but i would have preferred someone at checkout rather than self-checkout.

Store was in fairly good shape as shelves were full and well merchandised. More Staff on the floor would definitely be an advantage to build the Stores business. Stores of this nature should have Demos and give aways to create enthusiasm into their Customers and to also make the Store more exciting to shop in. Lack of atmosphere was evident as there was not even Music playing in the Store. Where are all the real Retail Merchants that knew how to sell and make shopping exciting. We need them back in Retail!

Always greeted by friendly, efficient staff member. Good range of stock and I like placement of registers near exit rather than centrally.
My go -to -K Mart store.

I did not go into the kmart at stud park but it is a good store to shop in when I need sumthing in there

It's an ok Kmart store as they go.
The staff are helpful, and it's well located, but the range is a tad limited compared to other Kmarts nearby.

They NEVER answer their phone, last time I called, it took about 5 tries so I thought it was just a busy day for them and I left it and called another Kmart. But today I have tried again about 4 times and once again no one has answered. At least put me on hold

I love this Kmart and it always has wonderful savings on random items from heavily reduced prices. Highly recommend.

Great Kmart, I had lost my phone while frantically shopping for Christmas presents and the staff have gone above and beyond to help me locate my phone.

Highly suggest this Kmart for all your needs!

Really poor Kmart. Despite the fact they had what we needed in stock, they were unable to find it. We then tried to buy some alternatives, however when we got to the register, we were told they couldn't sell us the product as it had been recalled, and blamed other staff for not having taken it away. Will be going to a different Kmart in the future.
