Have taken my car and wife's car here for tyre repair and service in the last 6 months and service / communication has been exceptional - always happy to help and with great prices - would not go anywhere else!

Had to book with them on short notice. Price was reasonable, although they didn't do some jobs done properly and a car part was missing. I noticed several days after I picked up. Very disappointing
The good thing was they accepted zip, afterpay, and no card surcharge.

Very bad and dangerous experience. Went in a tyre change and service, pretty simple. Drove out to have my wheel detaching from the wheel hub while driving down the road. The wild thing that amazes me is the neglectful attempt by staff to down play the whole situation, bearly acknowledging the fault. Clear neglect of procedures and protocols. A wheel detaching while driving can have many dangerous implications to more than myself. So glad no one was hurt.

You are running a massive risk of your car breaking if you take it for a service here. Do NOT trust any of these people with your car.

My dad took his new Mazda sp23 in for a service, was very detailed about what he wanted done. When he got the car back he drove it for a couple of days while it was making a horrible pinging noise from the head. Checked the oil, and there was NO OIL. The dipstick was completely dry. We filled it with oil and the dipstick went from bone dry to black sludge. Took us 4 mins to put oil in, They didn't even bother.

I also took my car in, which I spend 2 years completely rebuilding, waited the whole day for a wheel alignment and got it back with the wheels unaligned and never got charged.

These people are plain lazy and eventually your car will suffer.

Dropped my car in yesterday due to running very rough at idle. Jarrod and the team found the fault (leaking manifold gasket) and fixed it. Fast, friendly, professional service at a fair price. Thank you!

Kind, knowledgeable, honest mechanics. I had a slow leak in one tyre and Jarrod worked hard to find a time, early in the new year, to make the repairs, with only half the staff on deck. They fixed the issue, rotated the tyres and offered me sound advice on when the tyres would need replacing and the best tyre for my car (which was one of the cheaper brands, not the more expensive brands). I won't go anywhere else for tyres.

Fantastic service, got my car serviced and tires replaced and tried a new brand but they didn’t suit.

Discussed options with Jarrod and he swapped them over, no drama!

Got a big hole in the front tyre on my way to work. And ran to the shop with 2 mins notice. The mechanics just got tyres repaired straightaway.

I recently had a puncture on my car tyre and was in a bit of a panic as I was in a rush to get to an appointment. I called up the tyre repairer and they were able to fit me in right away. When I arrived, the staff were friendly and professional, and the repair was completed quickly and efficiently. I was really impressed by the level of service I received and would highly recommend this tyre repairer to anyone in need of tyre repair work. The staff were knowledgeable and took the time to explain everything to me, which was much appreciated. Overall, a great experience and I will definitely be returning in the future.

Not trustworthy. Recommended a wheel alignment literally the week after I had brand new tyres and alignment completed at a tyre specialist. Spent over $2k on a oil cooler and isn’t fix the problem. Took the car to a dealership, replaced it with another NEW oiler cooler and problem fixed. After a service said they ran scan tool and missed AC and DPF additive errors. Even though booked to top up additive fluid and it displays on engine start. When picked up the last car they left the car in reverse. Lucky for automate parking brake. We have had issues with both cars as well as our friends also warned us about poor workmanship in terms of their disk brakes replacements.

Friendly service, easy booking system and great location. They fixed everything I asked of them and the car was finished before the scheduled pick up time. Highly recommend.

Was very happy with the service but I was back a week later because my service and engine light were still coming up. They said they fixed it but they are both coming up still.

Great team and service. Upgraded tyres with MyCar Rosanna on my Discovery at reasonable price for top end tyres. The Tyre Care Plan was a benefit I didn’t expect and very lucky to have it when a nail punctured the side wall of one after only a few months. Have recommended a number of friends who have now had repairs here and all very happy.

Mike has been super helpful and was able to help me out when my tyre was punctured nearby, he was able to fit me in without too much of a wait and send me home instead of being stuck for hours! Happy to refer all my friends here! Thanks again, you've saved the day!
