Kmart Tyre & Auto Service Ringwood / mycar

It is all about sales, non-existent customer service.
Do your tyre alignment, no reports will be provided as they don't have a printer apparently.
No idea how bad it was and how they fixed it, apparently you don't need to know and should just trust them!
Quite a bit of competitors around the area, I'd recommend considering somewhere else and maybe mycar Ringwood should have a look how others look after their customers.

They did a rotate and balance and there was a dramatic improvement.
The lady who took my booking was sweet and personable and the staff were all pleasant to deal with.

Awesome experience meeting the team! Was kept updated and had the matter fixed within days! Definitely my new mechanic!

Came in on a Saturday arvo right before closing for a busted tyre and they fixed within 15 minutes of me getting there! All super friendly as well.

Amazing customer service. I drove in without and appointment and they fixed my spare tyre and out air in all the others. This was done within 20 mins.

We've taken our car here for a variety of reasons over several years, and they've always been an efficient, patient and professional service. Matt and Ben explain prices and wait times and don't talk down to us. It's also useful being able to go into Eastland while waiting:)

My car was acting strange so I took to MyCar Eastland to get looked at while I did some Christmas shopping. The Mechanic Ben was able to quickly diagnose the problem and organise repair. I was back on the road in a few hours. Fantastic Service.

We got into big trouble when a tyre on our horse float collected a nail as we were trying to transport a pony and still had an hour and a half to drive! We called Mycar in Ringwood and they couldn’t have been more helpful. When we told them we had Thomas the Tank (pony) inside the trailer they directed us to an extra height access entrance, and Thomas the tyre technician (yes they have the same name) fixed Thomas the Tanks tyre in 10 minutes! After Tom gave Thomas the Tank a pat and a few treats we were on our way! Saved our day with their willingness to help out in an emergency. Can’t recommend these guys enough!

Few hours ago, my car got a nail on the tyre it will cause a puncture. I was driving past the “Ringwood my car” shop. The gentleman called “Mark” gave me a hand to fix it. Thanks, Ringwood My Car! Thanks, Mark!

Got quoted $800 here to fix my aircon, took it to another mechanic who fixed it for $180 as it only needed to be re gassed.

Honestly, I can't thank this team enough.
Great customer service, good price, realistic time frame and above all they were honest about absolutely everything which I respect a lot.
