I had my first service for my new car here today. I booked online and was able to get an appointment only two business days from when I booked which was great!

Everything went really smoothly and easily. Great friendly service - they even fixed a manufacturing problem with my windscreen washer tubing free of charge.

So happy with my first experience - will definitely be going back and highly recommend!

I went and took my Holden Trax for a service at the Bundoora branch I started having issues with my car not turning on. I knew they didn’t check the spark plugs. So I rang them to explain the issue but they said at the time of service it was not reported and will cost me 192.00 to replace spark plugs, really MY CAR! Where is the guarantee advertised. I do not recommend this particular branch to anyone. So if they miss checking anything at the time of service then (it’s not reported) I will never bring my cars to this place and will take it somewhere else. So if you are thinking of taking your car here for a service BEWARE

I can't recommend Serge & the Team highly enough, they are honest, professional, friendly & don't take advantage like some of the dearlerships. Nothing is too much trouble with any question. Serge & the Team are like our mechanics of old. Thanks Serge.

Got new tires and a wheel alignment done. We accidentally came in on the wrong day, but they slotted us in anyway! Super friendly people:)

Had my car serviced a couple of times with Mycar Reservoir. Lovely prompt service and friendly people. I’ve dealt with Lachie one of the fully qualified mechanics and he has been extremely thorough and has great attention to detail each and every time. I also commend the affordability of Mycar. Just got a set of kuhno tyres fitted at Summerhill store and found service and quick turnaround timewas excellent.the Price of tyres was the best by a mile, also the manager and his staff were great.cannot fault them

Edit: unfortunately I’ve had to take away a few stars, while they are still friendly and have great customer service. I own the fact that I ran my car overheated and which broke something’s in my car - I would expect a knowledgeable team to fix or to identify the issues at least.

I had to take my car back 3 times for them to find and “fix” what ever was wrong with it, after the 4th time of it not running as it would, I just engaged another mechanic (the one closest to my work as that’s where I was having issues again) all in the span of about 3-4 weeks

Decent enough place for your car & 4wd service, tyres. Prices varied for different types of vehicles serviced here.

Wheel cylinders. Wheel align. Brake flush. Lower control arms. A/cond regas amoung other things. Great service as always. Started going to mycar reservoir a few years ago. Car has never run better

Sergio has been very helpful to us. Provide honest advice on parts that need to replace with honest recommendation and pricing.

Very happy to give these guys my business in the future. I was able to book my car in with less than a days notice for a service and new tyres. Excellent, friendly, customer service. Everything was explained in detail and I was alerted to a potential issue down the track where a previous owner may have neglected my car that could be very costly in the future if I hadn't known about it.
