Kmart Tyre & Auto Service Keysborough

Booked online for an essential service 10-12: 45 pick up, only for them tell me it’ll be ready by 2: 30-3: 30. Made me pay twice in person despite having already paid online. Still haven’t received my refund. Wasted my time, poor service

I just needed a bolt tightened in my driver's door hinge. They were super helpful, did it straight away and it only took like 1 min. Highly recommend talking to them if you have any car issues.

Mr Singh is super helpful and a pleasure to deal with. Have used them several times recently from a full set of tyres to a puncture and fantastic prompt and friendly service every time regardless of the requirement. Can't recommend Mr Singh and his team at Mycar Keysborough more highly.

Very well service ever I seen, very good and friendly staff I recommend every to join MYCAR.

Pretty disappointed with the service. Booked my car in for a service on the 17/01/23. Rocked up at 8: 30 and was sent away due to staff shortage, could’ve called prior to me driving there. I’ve now had my car in there from 8: 30 this morning (19/01/23) and at 4pm they call and say are we ok to start? I was concerned why they haven’t started. I was told ‘we can’t start without your confirmation’. I then told them how can you get it done? To the response I got ‘I can do it in an hour’ which makes me wonder, why am I paying $400+ for a job that takes an hour. I feel like I’ve been mucked around and I’m pretty disappointed with what used to be a great place to get a service.

If you need any work on your car I would advise everyone to go elsewhere.
The manager puts you on hold for 15 minutes when you call to see when you can collect your vehicle, which they take a longer than usual time working on.
The quality of workmanship is not 1st grade also.
So look around for a motor mechanic with better credentials.

Very professional. Organised. I didn’t feel pressured to have more done than I wanted. Everything was explained clearly and given to me in writing, so I could go away and think about next steps. Well done.

I called up for what turned out to be a basic issue with the engine sensor and they got my car in within just a few hours! The mechanic was super lovely in explaining what they had done and fixed and had great communication. Great place to go too, can’t recommend you guys enough!

Worst service ever, avoid going to this location at all costs!
Had my car serviced here, they call me at 2: 15 to ask me when im picking up my car as they close at 2. Have they not heard of giving some notice, i cant just drop everything and teleport there.
They then tell me once i told them i cant be there for such time time they have things to do and leaving and for me to pick up on monday (i need my car on monday for work thats why i got my car serviced on a Saturday)
I will not be paying for this service and clearly will never be back!

Worst customer service! Went to My Car at Parkmore shopping centre to fix a new number plate for our car. The staff responded very sarcastically saying we have to pay for them to buy drilling tools. Very disappointed with the way they treat customers. They could've told that they can't help us in a nice way.

Sent in a punctured tyre to fix. The staff is helpful n picked up the fixed tyre in the afternoon without any issue. Will go back again definitely for any car issue
