My son went to get his tires 2007 Toyota camry replaced today, and he has very little knowledge about cars, plus his spoken English is not very fluent. However, Michael was incredibly friendly, patient, and knowledgeable. He provided my son with valuable advice on tire replacement. Our family has been here several times, and every time, we are very satisfied. A big thank you to Michael and the entire team.

Since they were so nice, we stopped by today to see if they could quickly help us with our stuck/rusted tow ball for our bike rack, not expecting anything as we just drove up. Rang the 13 13 28 number to make a 1215pm appointment at this store after being referred by the Doncaster East store. Was greeted by a very welcoming and lovely gentleman (Dennis I think is his name). He set up everything and it didn't take long for my car to be done. Went very smooth. I even got 12 month warranty on the tyre. Wow! Impressive. I've never used mycar Tyre and Auto until today. I'm so impressed with their service that it literally makes you not want to go anywhere else.

Please DONT HESITATE to use this store or Doncaster East store. THEY ARE BOTH AMAZING! Best customer service ever!

Took my car to the Greensborough branch, they did the service and called me saying that I urgently needed 2 parts replaced as they were badly cracked, totaling $1.7K. I took this to another mechanic who put it up on the lift and after some time could find not a single thing wrong that mycar had quoted. The second mechanic even showed me that there was no damage.

Sad to see a mechanic that fabricates issues for more sales. It's a good price for a service but risky taking it here.

Had a hellish 24 hours with RACV, towing my car and all the chaos in between. Finally get my car to the guys at mycar in Greensborough and they fix the issue in 10 minutes. Honestly words can’t explain how grateful I am to the guy who helped me out (I’m sorry I’ve forgotten your name, my brain is fried from the chaos of the last 48 hours) but you were amazing and your team is incredible and I’m extremely thankful to all of you for being my Christmas miracle. Wouldn’t bother going to any other mechanic. These guys know what’s going on.

Michael was absolutely amazing! I bought my car in around 3: 54 right before they closed at 4 as I had a punctured tire, and he fixed it on the spot then and there. Michael went above and beyond to make my experience positive and helped out extremely!

I have used mycar in Greensborough for some years. I have found them to be competent and priced reasonably. They take the time to discuss what needs doing with the car. In particular I have found the manager Denis to be particularly helpful, well informed and resourceful.
