I've been going here for a while.
Everytime i got a service or got something fixed, i always had to go back because of mistakes being made.
I got my transmission serviced the other day. Then within 2 days the transmission light when on and then and the car wouldn't move anymore, had to park on the side of a bus lane. They destroyed my car. They Need to be investigated.i have had the worst experience they're all a bunch of unprofessional people.

The guys here are always happy to help, even when busy they'll try and fit me in with a friendly smile)

They prepared the service and quote for the wrong car.
They advised me would be ready for pickup when it wasn't, they didn't text or call to update on pickup time. I chased it up at close of business.
My car had an unprecendented issue the next day.
On a subsequent day they had said they were prepared to fix the issue with my car. I took it in first thing in the morning. End of the day came but they did nothing. Then I called them to follow up at the close of business and they told me it was ready to pick up, unfixed just as it was before. It was appalling.

I took my car elsewhere and the issue was fixed in quick time, with good communication and respect for me and my time.

We had our second car which had to have n4 new tyres put on and again the Team at My Car at Airport West absolute top customer service, friendly easy to deal with and I recommend the Team at Airport West for all you vehicle requirements.
