Tony was very accommodating, I accidentally booked for the wrong date, however was able to slot my car in. Tony is professional and friendly. I would recommend MyCar (Brunswick).

I have been visiting this place for a past decade whenever I get tyre trouble and couldn’t recommend it any higher.

Went in first thing in on a Monday morning, not expecting that they could fix my problem. Took Damian 5 minutes… kind, caring and competent! Recommend unreservedly.

Tony was absolutely one of the most helpful mechanics I have had the pleasure of meeting, was able to diagnose and fix my tyre problem instantly and didn’t push away my questions

Long story, short; this shop missed a trivial oil pump issue that cost us the life of our engine. Very disappointing as we paid extra for the 'Essential Plus Service' with '86-point inspection' to avoid this sort of nightmare. The recovering mechanic told us the root cause could have/should have been found by any decent mechanic.

He also shared "mycar lacks engine expertise as they're essentially a tyre shop. " Having recently moved to Australia, I sure wish we had known that!

No animosity here just hope this helps others avoid a similar fate.

Both times I've been there they have been professional and respectful. They pointed out an issue I didn't know about, called me and ensured it was done.

Awesome customer service from Tony and his team at Brunswick! His kindness and care perfectly complemented the brilliant MyCar Tyre Care Plan that my tyres are covered by. I visited for a puncture repair and tyre rotation, turned out to be an irreparable puncture that could have turned into a $300 repair. However, the warranty covered the replacement due to the road hazard clause and the tyre replaced without issue.

I highly recommend the MyCar Brunswick team and the company policies that provide after sales support that have impressed me with this experience.

Tony and the team are always fantastic - been getting my car serviced here for the last few years. I called recently to see if someone could take a look at my car as it was starting to play up, and they not only squeezed me in to find the problem but fixed it the same day as well. Really appreciate their professionalism and efficiency!

Amazing service and friendly staff! We just purchased a car and wanted to take it in for a service as it was due. We made it clear to the gentleman on the phone that we would be happy to do whatever it needed. Instead of creating a long list of things the vehicle needed, and getting more $$ out of us, we were told it would just be the regular $199 service as everything was great. Very blown away and will be customers for as long as we have this vehicle. Thank you!
