Sadly - our flat tyre had to be replaced. The Templestowe team identified the correct tyre and offered a generous discount on the spot saving us having to shop around. The new tyre was ordered and fitted within 15 of its arrival when we got our text letting us know it was ready to go.

Aaron (normally @ myCar Blackburn) was an absolute godsend! He turned my repairs around in a day, honoured the warranty of previous repairs, communicated honestly and clearly and he reassured me and made me feel safe in my vehicle.

Made a booking. Told them make and model. Show up only to be told that the can’t do that model wheel alignment. I didn’t think it would have been that hard to advise that prior the booking. Or simply put the car up set the toe to zero +~ 1mm everything was loose as all steering joints had been replaced. Collect ur $85 for 20mins work and save me the trouble of going to a different store next week.

Went to get my tyre puncture repair at my car templestowe. They went out there way to save my tyre and gave a great price. Awesome customer service they explained the process to me in detail. Worth coming here.

I had a large nail in my tyre. I was fortunate enough to actually have Aaron at Templestowe My Car answer the phone and it was late afternoon. He said he’d finished his work for the day and could help me straight away! From getting nowhere earlier with recorded messages and being told to go on line etc to make a booking, here was this helpful and kind young man actually accepting to help me when he could have told me to book in another time as it was late in the day.
What a wonderful and helpful man. He did the work straight away and could not have been more helpful or kind. He deserves praise and appreciation and a reward! Aaron, you are a star and they are lucky to have you.

Ended up with a flat tire in Doncaster so we called the nearest mechanic which ended up to be MyCar in Templestowe. They were meant to close in 4 minutes but one of the friendly mechanic offered to stay open and assist us with the flat tire which we were grateful for. Once we had arrived we were greeted by a friendly worker who saved our day and replaced our tire. Recommend this place a lot as they provided exceptional customer service and ensured my friend and I were back on the roads safely, we appreciate their kindness to remain open a bit longer to help us out!

Hello I’m Gabi I had a flat tyre stopped at My Car Templestowe & the service from a beautiful young man by the name of Aaron jumped to my aide.
He was so polite & helpful with no hesitation to fix it straight away. There’s not many like that in this day & age but an example to learn from this young man.
