Usually love the joint but at the moment I’m Infuriated, bought a few tradesman clothing items and not even a month later the jumper’s ripped down the centre and the pants are falling apart. Honestly good items everywhere else but the trades section: (

I forgot my receipt today and almost left without it, but there was a guy with blond hair who kept my receipt after he noticed I came back for it. I didn’t get his name but hope the man gets a raise.

I like their store, but save yourself endless frustration - never try to contact them for help or "customer service". I understand that the phone lines are busy (25 minute wait at a "non-busy" time), but their email or SMS "Help" lines are useless. They simply send you an automated response to visit their website. Disappointing.

Kmart Southland service has been appalling. I have called them more than 7 times in different department - None picked up. Ordered online for click and collect, there is no email confirmation on my order but it has been deducted on my account but nothing to confirm that order has been placed and yet I cannot contact anyone to verify this? I've been now calling for 2 hours and still calling: (horrible horrible service, extremely disappointing.

I went during a covid lockdown so I wasn’t allowed into the shop, but we could do click and collect. I did that and went during my allotted time slot. It was a little unclear on what the procedure was when you arrive so I ended up standing there for longer than needed, but oh well. After I gave the lady my order number and details, it took about 5 mins for them to go retrieve my order and bring it out to me. All in all, pretty fast service, it could’ve been a little more organised, but I understand that this is covid times and this lockdown was thrown on us without much warning or preparation so they probably didn’t have much time to organise things better.

I bought myself a pair of slipper ugg boots. They only cost me $6.00, they fit me perfectly so lovely and warm. Kmart has the best prices.

Good cheap clothes, I brought a couple of t shirts 8mths ago well crikeys! I m still getting wear out of them and only paid $8: 95 for 2 of em

I have found lately that Kmart seem to be out of stock of a lot of items that are basic. All I wanted was a black fabric mask. Not that difficult. Bit disappointed that they would be out of stock of such a basic line.

Placed a click and collect order for the same day pick up as per their website. Email said I could collect by 4pm.
Absolute chaos when I got there. Gave my order number and the guy at the front wrote it down on a list which already had me concerned the process was a bit rough. I then waited out front like everyone else.
An hour later I thought I should check again and asked the guy at the front. He flipped through a bunch of paper and couldn’t find my name so wrote it down again. He called someone and then called me over to tell me my order was not ready and wasn’t sure why the website is still saying same day collection as it’s at least 24 hours. I’m not gonna be horrible to a retail worker but seriously KMART sort out your processes. Give me the accurate timeframe when I place my order and support your staff with the right process wto give me that information on arrival, not after 1 hour and 20 minutes of waiting.

IKEA click and collect is so much better. Go there instead.

Waiting over an hour for click and collect. The staff hand write your order number then go and collect. Unbelievable how disappointed I am in their process. Also they have not updated store trading hours. Avoid at all costs.

Not good customer service and product. Ordered thank you prints for customers for my small business through the photo area kiosk. I checked them thoroughly before ordering as they had to be perfect for my business. They were not printed right and had a white area at the top of the prints. I asked the ladies if they could assist by slicing it off with their industrial slicing machine as they weren't printed right. They refused and said they didn't have time. This would have taken 2 seconds to do and considering it was not what I ordered you would think they would have helped to fix the product. They were dismissive and now I will have to try and cut them all with scissors to fix.

Always lack of stock on electronics and as for their customer service, you have to wait so long until someone help you out.

Was only picking up an online order, not shopping. 4 people in front of me in the line to pick up and I still got served within 3 mins of waiting. Very impressed. They obviously have their system down. Highly recommended.

Is an amazing experience everyone.so many shops from brands to the cheapest dollar shop. Something for everyone.

Medium size, good range. Always neat and tidy. Easy to get in and out of on ground floor. Ladies wear could be better, especially underwear. Popular product has limited numbers and stock often runs out.

Big standard discount store. Some economical prices, though layout difficult to navigate. Shaded for best prices by Big W

If you are after reasonably cheap prices then this is for you. You can find all items are cheap compared to their branded alternatives.

A great place to kit yourself out for a more affordable little kids birthday party, cute, cheap piñatas and the like, and they now have more sustainable plates and cups if you elect to use disposable items.

A well stocked and thoughtfully planned Kmart store. The service desk keeps the Pokemon cards in case you are unable to find them on the floor
