Kmart Shepparton

If your looking for love look no further than the bus stop out front of this Kmart. I was offered various substances and I found love in the comfort of these women.

Got 300 photos printed. Was very particular about sorting pictures to date order before printing as last time they were all mixed up and it took me hours and hours to sort out.
This time, same again despite making sure they were properly ordered before placing order.
Another several hours wasted. Only place I know that can’t get this simple function right. What a massive waste of time I don’t have.
My suggestion is for orders of any decent quantity go elsewhere to avoid this hassle.

Worst k mart all over in Australia if there would be - stars then I would have given it to them

Spacious and you can move around freely. Pleasant staff and helpful. Good size carpark with shading. Also Coles is next door and other eateries a short walking distance away.

Seems to be a lot of empty spaces but I guess the recent lock downs and border restrictions may be causing this. Been two weekends in a row but still none of what I was after.

Kmart has improved over the years, this one in particular. Great place to pop in and out, new central payment location works well.

Excellent service, recently did a click and collect order with them and got a text message back that i can book in a slot to pick up my order and im very impressed by the way they organise stuff like that

Great variety of things and usually pretty good quality for the price. The customer service can be a bit hit and miss but we all have those days.

Use to be worthwhile previously shopping here, however since COVID not much in stock and a long time until you see any new ones

Did not have what I was looking for yet it said it was there on line. Lots of empty shelves and lack of helpfulness from staff who said its not there we don't have it. Refused to ring through to stores to see if it was in stock.

Hello! It really good and quality assurance products that I have bought from Kmart Shepparton so far so good. And only some of the appliance goof are not in stock

Tried to register a legitimate complaint via email so I could have a digital copy. However searching the web for many hours I was unable to locate Kmart Shepparton email address. To my dissatisfaction the Kmart stores only seem to offer digital copy via ways of social media which as a customer shouldn't have to partake in downloading social sites to be able to raise a complaint.

I am so disappointed! I love Kmart though the Shepparton store is an absolute disgrace you can never find anything you want. A lot of the store shelves are empty nothing in my size and I just seems to be everything that I want to buy it’s never there and then you have to serve yourself and then you get stopped at the door to be insulted again by them checking your docket there is no service at all at Shepparton.unfortunately I think I’m going to have to shop somewhere else because I’m so done with this store.

Very good muti-purpose departmental store. Excellent customer friendly staff always at your service. Easily accessible for all the travellers from all over the city. Easily accessible for all the wheelchair entrants. Excellent ambience and good visibility from within the store.

Kmart is one of our family’s go-to stores for gifts, toys and supplies. The team are honestly nice. They help whenever they can and are roaming the store, so it's as easy as pie to find them. Though they are often out of stock, they are still one of the best. One of the only problems is, the location of the store in Shepparton is smack-bang in the middle of the drug capital. It isn't really safe to go out on my own. Every other child I know is not allowed to go to Kmart alone. No matter where you live, how you look or how old you are- I don't advise going to Kmart unaccompanied. The store itself has terrific security, but the surrounds are scary, dangerous places. But other than that, I do advise going there for gifts, toys and arts and crafts supplies. I also get my stationery from Kmart, it does well at school. So, all-in-all, do go to Kmart.

Friendly helpful staff. I went to pick up a snapfish photographic order and the young assistant offered to put my other purchases through her register to save me queuing again at the main registers.

Store is horribly laid out and the check outs are in the middle of the bloody store which means as you walk out of the store the employees have to check bag/s and you have to wait in line to have yours checked. Stupidly thought out store. I hate it and wouldn't recommend it unless you want to walk through a bloody maze
