Kmart Rosebud

Lovely staff! Jay in the kids section helped me chose a bright coloured lego duplo set for my 14 year old son! He loved it.thanks kmart rosebud!

Really disappointed with this stores ability to stock things. I visited over a month ago for an item unfortunately it was sold out. Went back over the weekend assuming it would be stocked and on the shelf but again the tag with the item and price and where the item should be there’s a gapping hole of nothing! I proceeded to Home where I was able to purchase the item immediately. The item was a simple coffee grinder that you have stocked for years.

The store is ok and houses most general needs (except food) but some staff are unapproachable and sometimes rude

Pretty big Kmart and has everything you need. Staff are very good. Opening hours are very reasonable too.

Last night I was desperate to find a shoe horn, I looked everywhere and couldn’t find it! Thank god for Jay, she showed me exactly where it was and even showed me how to use it. Amazing service by this girl and I think she deserves more recognition. Thankyou so much, whoever hired her did a great job!

Unsure of how to rate this kmart because I love the kmart as a shop but some of the staff couldn't be any more miserable. Really put me off shopping at that particular store ever again. It's not really a good feeling being accused of shop lifting and being yelled at in front of other customers.very upsetting. Unfortunately I don't think I will be returning.

I wanted to try on some shoes but required a shoe horn and could not find one I asked at fitting desk if they had a shoe horn I could use answer Naa. The attendant was leaning on the desk hardly awake when I went into the change rooms there were clothes hangers and rubbish on the floor and the rooms felt unclean and dirty. I then asked another sales floor person if they sold shoe horns I got the standard K Mart answer Naa. I hope that the store manager reads this, because I take the staff attitude and store appearance to be a reflection on that persons management skills and the standards that K Mart accepts.

Pretty woeful. I went to buy a lint roller clothes brush. The young assistant at the entry advised they were in Cosmetics. Unlikely I thought but I looked there anyway.
Next stop the check out counter to be advised, after contacting customer service, that they were with the knitting wool. The assistant on the checkout could not direct me to knitting wool and I have yet to find the knitting wool in your Rosebud store.
After 5 mins searching for it I went to the Service Desk where a young man walked me to where the lint remover rollers are usually kept - by the self service checkouts! I would have thought the laundry section would have been more appropriate.
So after about 20 mins in your store I left unimpressed
Your new format with self checkout and no info desk at entry may address the financial needs of the organisation but do not meet the needs of many consumers.
The person on duty at the entry needs to be familiar with the products on sale and their location. In another of your stores I was advised that you did not sell a particular item only to find it in the store. After purchasing it I took it to person on duty at the entry to show her what it looked like and where to find it in the store. The item in question was a Wheat Bag and I was advised you did not stock cereal!

Good variety of cheap things. Great for low budget. I just question how long furniture would last

Not enough clothing in my size I'm only 14 and xl in men mostly only self service taking jobs away cloths don't fit properly always have to go up in sizes but I will say prices are cheep and if you can find something that's fits is quite good quality except for shoes that never seem to last more than 4 weeks.

Same as all kmarts throughout Australia. Large store with lots of summer sale items, no registers at all just a strange little walk through the lollies to self serve, good if you only have a few thing, be difficult with big shopping items.

Cheap clothes and lots of bargains generally in what you are looking for.
Great range of products.
Easy returns and exchanges are all the things that make K-Mart an incredible store.
I can never just walk in for one or two items without walking out with 'reduced' items and lots of other things.
A couple of things let the store down though. Over summer, there are days when the air conditioner didn't work or wasn't turned on at Rosebud. Making the store unbearably hot, humid and gave it a burnt industrial oil smell that made me so sick that I had to leave the store without being able to grab what I needed. The other constant issue is that there are hardly any staff on the floor to help you.

Like this place, now has quite amazing prices compared to some of the other opposition stores. Defently worth a look.

Big, Clean, Good lighting, Friendly staff. There's a lot of variety as to what they sell, as you'd expect from Kmarts, and all the products are displayed neatly. There's not as much variety specifically in the mens clothing as i'd like, mostly being in one style, but there's usually at least something cool to pick up.

Would be 5 stars if more staff were working the floors to help and guide customers around the store

I wish the staff members didn't have to stare at me all the time, just because I don't have much money, bad cloths, and untrimmed here, that's no reason to automatically assume I'm on ICE and want to rob you, in fact if you did a criminal history check me, you'd find you're accusing the wrong man.
I don't like to buy from stores that like to make customers feel intimidated, going to Target next time.

Good place to get your small household stuff but you do get what you pay for. You get quantity not quality.

So I have called ahead for a return of a product to be replaced for another and I have spoken with the customer service rep at the returns desk over the phone, I get everything T'ed upso that I return my unwanted product and pick up the product I do want the rep tells us yeah we have everything ready to go and it still took them 30 mins to rectify the exchange and had to pick it up from pick up dock. Which wasn't mentioned till I was already at returns desk. Poor service and really better communication and Transpercy.

I used the photo computer which was easy to use. I would suggest putting the photo size diagram next to the computers so people can find them and see. Instead of at customer service high on the wall where people don't see it till told.
