Kmart Moe

What a great store! And the customer service is excellent. I dont like shopping but yesterday's experience changed that. And it was even better to have staff manning the check out registers. I refuse to use the self serve.

Poor quality stuff. Return more for broken things than I do shopping there.
Poor customer service. Staff was friendly enough to scan 1 out of 3 items at self serve checkout which I ended up buying the 1 item only. I don't do self serve as I don't work there.
Maybe Staff needs further training to be reminded they work in the! SERVICE! Industry.
Purchasing less items than intended might end up losing their job eventually.
How about having the checkouts at the exit of the store instead of in the centre of the shop.
Instead being harassed at exit to show off the receipt every time you leave the store. It's like as if you are a thief. Makes you feel uncomfortable even going there.

And yes if the customer decides not to take receipts It's well and truly their decision.

I'm not being difficult. THEY ARE.

Kmart look at their customers shopping experience and maybe take on some advice or customers take their business elsewhere.

Quick visit to get a chew toy to keep the pet occupied. Easy to find the right aisle.

Doesn't have a lot of items compared to online or taralgon or other kmarts and sometimes the store seems really messy but the staff are super friendly and helpful

Great store with great service and a good range of products. Click and collect is fantastic too.

Mainly reason being, they span a wide variety of essentials that have to offer & you'll rarely see emptyness on shelving as they would accumulate their goods well for future customers.

Great prices on everything in store & Staff are always friendly and helpful.

Check outs placed in the centre of the store you have to walk from one end of the store to the middle to check out, then to the front to exit where your stopped again to check your docket and goods. This is the most pathetic system I have ever seen and a total waste of customers time. I will shop else where till they change the check out to the front of the store like a normal shop

Great for kitchen stuff, toys and kids clothes. Much better selection of adult clothes than a few years back

Spacious, huge ranges of clothing for all ages, all shapes & sizes.
Great range of household stuff too!

Great customer service. Most times they have what you are looking for. Plenty of parking and well set out.

Id like to meet whoever said lower than 5 stars, mate i remember the days of linda at the cash register she was a legend miss her, Hamish is alright no where near as good as linda but.

Need more quality and variety. Not fond of register in the middle causes confusion. Staff 10/10.

A community destroying monolith which bankrupts small businesses leaving them as the ONLY place available in town for many things like clothing, and the selection they have is totally cheap synthetic ctap from China which they never have stock of in the most common sizes anyway. They refuse to stock Australian brands like Bonds, they are quite rude to customers and never take any action based on customer feedback. I hope the CEO and the entire board of directors all burn in Hell!

Plenty of convenient parking, clean and spacious store. A high proportion of products are made in China.

People in Moe should support local businesses. Even though we live a distance away we still support Moe Businesses.

Great to have Kmart in Warragul and it appears to have the full range. Unfortunately Covid has resulted in low stock levels.

My step daughter, husband and I were able to find everything needed for miss 14.
Staff were friendly.
