Kmart Mildura

Disgusted. Monday 28/8/23 time 15.36.
No real person at cash register, all self service. Then to top it off when directed by lady staff member to a register it was still in use.
And to top off staff at exit to busy gossiping to check out receipt on exit.
I even complained not good enough no staff to serve. Told call the store manager. Yep customer service be damned.

We call kmart our " second home"!
They have such an array of merchandise it's ridiculous and I noticed today even more new lines of stuff coming in, it's brilliant.
And I have to say- All the staff- happy, friendly, lovely, keep up the great work guys!

The staff are awsome from the young gentleman at the door to the ladies at the checkouts so professional and friendly staff

Handy to local facilities and a tonne of covered parking (sunsails.) Opens a little after eight. The only thing I hate about kmart is lack of staff around and the registers in the middle of the store. (this is most kmarts anyhow.) I remember this particular store as a kid.they had a cafe instore with coffee cake etc.would be great to bring that back. Overall the stores a delight.

Scored lots of bargains and even their normal prices were good. No waiting at the checkout, enough open which is a rare thing these days Keep up the good work K Mart.

My kids love Kmart and can't wait each week to get their pocket money to go get some cheap goodies for themselves

When do customers get question about about how many items we buy? So rude.if i see a saving i will buy.whats wrong with that.and she refused to serve us when we had handfuls.and made us scanned ea one individually.

Starting work with Kmart soon in another town,
so I specifically came in store to get hands on experience on the layout of the store
and how things operate from a customer perspective,

Conflicting info re masks. Says its compulsory for entry. Lots not wearing masks. Then says cant enforce it. Not happy with their attitude

Let me re edit this. I'm just going to say it's a great place for cheap products and all because why not the customer service is not the best but should have a work on. And on top of that the store should be cleaned up because I've seen some products that shouldn't be at the store anymore or people leaving stuff behind and it decaying and being gross on the display areas effecting the environment around it.

Can this place go wrong? It's got EVERYTHING, staff are friendly and willing to go out of there way to help.

I wish I could say something positive about Mildura Kmart. Since the refurb I find it hard to find things as the departments are not clearly defined and there is a lack of unopstructed aisles. Lighting is poor. The entry is cluttered and is worse since Covid measures have been introduced. Having the checkouts in the middle of the shop defies logic. Now I know how sheep feel, walking up and down, before finally entering the pen, where there are several females, yelling at you. To be honest, I have never been so intimidated in my life, as I was last week. There were four or five assistants, that were not helpful to customers other than to tell them what they are not allowed to do. I made note NEVER to shop there again. Oh no, I discovered the next day that it's also a nightmare having to exchange clothing

Clean and organised store. Stock is low in some departments but thats because of covid not a reflection on the store

Hate checkouts in the middle of the shop hard to find things, couldn't reach my size in one display when sizes went from small placed low on display and large sizes up higher. I am short.

Look it's Kmart, but it's a nice enough place and as a bonus there are public toilets on the edge of the car park lol

Our favourite place to shop while in Mildura. A little bit of everything. Close toilets is a plus.

Can always find something to buy, pretty good quality. If you can stop a stag member they can be pretty helpful.

Lots of variety but seems understaffed at times. Clean but not always tidy and the clothing sizes/fit have changed quite a bit. Good place to find a bargain but it's losing its sparkle

Nice clean store, just like most Kmart stores. Friendly staff, i hate those self serve checkout's (so i don't use them).
