Unexpectedly popped in to the store. Broussard around. Looking for some new cupboard ideas.wow found them in Melton. They're perfect, on runners make it easier to pull out the glass containers I have. Cheap price only $12

There's metal burrs near a majority of the holes in the panels.
These burrs if not careful can cut the skin.

Very open, easy to find items I was looking for great customer service from floor staff. Great value with everyday prices for everyday items

Great for late night shopping, + U don't get followed by security as they seem to station them at the entrances lol. This is how a large retail store within a low income demographic should operate. Keep up the good work guys

Not as busy like usual and that a nice way to shop find the space is around the store easy to get around when you help from the staff they make that you get excacly what you are looking for and will walk you to the areas and that's what I call good sevice and the price is fantastic

Wonderful service was looking for Toys for my grandson and this young man help me thank got what I needed

Rude staff when I picked up order. They have all this app set up to confirm you order and details and they still ask stupid questions cos too lazy to do job

Door greeter, security man friendly and helpful. Say hello to Albert. Friendly smile that is rare in customer service. A+ update! 2020lots of changes in store to aisles and horseshoe aisle paying area. Staff greeting at entrance very helpful. I think Albert had retired!

Put 50$ note in the machine it swallowed it then didnt register my $$ went in at all was told to come back at 6pm when it was counted if i was correct id get my money by now half the store are looking security wants me gone.i gave there stuff back made em count there machine since it wasn't on camera me putting cash in i left with my money but no stock will never go back

We didn't get what we needed. The candle section was completely empty except for 0 number candles. Disappointed. No foldable chairs too that were there a few weeks ago.

Really bad customer service and product placement, made me walk out of the store and shop elsewhere.

To my surprise Melton Kmart was the best stocked, least trash with staff covering the place actually maintain each sections while having a presence to prevent theft occurring instead of the staff posing as shoppers anticipating theft and waiting for it to occur, clearly obvious and the least discrete effort you could imagine while the place look like a 3rd world war torn country (Campbellfield/Airport West Kmart).

This Kmart is possibly one of the worst Kmart's! It always looks like a mess. I can't ever find what I'm looking for. So short in women's clothing 6-8 stock everytime I go there!

As we all know kmart has excellent prices but doesn't stock everything but that's the only downside other than that it's an excellent store to go to.

I shop on line, the package gets receive 3 to 4 days after purchase. The order is always correct and the size of the garments. Great device.

I took a $3 cup to the checkout and found it didn't have a barcode so I walked all the way back to get another cup. I grabbed one and started walking back to the checkout and realised it also didn't have a barcode so I went back and got another one and had a look at the other cups and found that many of them didn't have barcodes. I tried to give feedback through two different employees about the lack of barcodes and both of them laughed and said that's normal. Clearly Kmart doesn't make their employees feel good about working there.

Very quiet at Kmart today. In fact, the whole shopping centre was very quiet. 3.30pm on a Tuesday afternoon and no queues. Makes you wonder how bad it is going to be when someone in Melton tests positive to the C19 bug.

We love shopping at Kmart Melton. Always find bargains and good deals on items and merchandise. The staff are always friendly and helpful. If the item you are after is not available they will check in the warehouse and also inform you of when the item might become available. The staff go that extra mile and that's why we keep on returning to shop at Kmart.

Never go back there again. I bought a wrong printer cartridge never use it took it back in 10 minutes the lady didn't refund the money after holding me for 30 minutes.

Usually quick and easy process from go to whoa. Staff are helpful when you find them but normally things are quite easy to find
