Ita better to shop in store here.if you shop online then most of the times you will be disappointed as they are out of stock online.

Phoned through and spoke with Amelia from homewares…what an absolute breath of fresh air! The best customer service I have ever received over the phone. Nothing was too much trouble and Amelia went above and beyond to help me and answer my questions. Hard to find wonderful customer service, so thank you Amelia!

Just like any other Kmart. Normally closes around 10pm. Staff sometimes aren't sure of what you're asking but they always go out of their way to find out for you.

These guys had what I was looking for when the other branches didn't. Always a pleasant shopping experience.

Awesome shopping centre. Coles is well stocked as well, and the best is McDonald's have a drive thru on the corner outside of shopping centre

I don't like that the registers are in the middle of the store. Because when you get to the door to leave you have to find your register docket to show the person watching the exit. But kmart does have great bargains.

It's Kmart.lots of cheap and nasty which is awesome if you like that. I don't mind that actually as I don't like spending money

Leopold mall has everything, Kmart. Great sushi restaurant, Cafes and other eaterys.very good butcher shop.walk over to Bunnings. Chemist warehouse and some great clothes shops and gift shops

Great place to get cheap bargains that look good in any location, there are many daily specials the place to be.

If you've been to a Kmart before, then you know what to expect here. They sell lots of stuff at cheap prices.

I don't like serving my self I prefer to be served, it seems often times self service is a waste of time when machines have a problem, get real and get people to serve you human interaction is better customer service not a machine that is broken, often they say it happens with this machine I don't know what's wrong with it and I say get it fixed my time is valuable as well, get your act together kmart,?

Staff are very rude and very inconsiderate! They need to work on their manners & people skills-these people work in retail where you always need to be polite to every single customer no matter who they are!

Good range of products in-store. It's good to see more stock now that we're getting past the worst of covid.

Staff are always very polite, the photo developing section in particular is very helpful and courteous if you need any help with photo processing

Called in to this Kmart this morning. Picked up a box of 6 glasses and went to the check out. No q.one girl standing chatting to the security girl. Put my box on the desk.put my shopping bag beside it and took my purse out of my handbag.at which point the girl, blonde.didnt get her name turned and walked away!? ! Security girl stood there.waited to see if she'd come back.said "wheres she gone? " No reply from security girl.so decided I'd buy my glasses elsewhere and left them. Disgusting behaviour to amazing customer.

What's happened to this store? In the past week or two it's terrible. Im a local and I'm here most weeks.
The store is empty and lacking stock and the shelves are a mess. Its hard to find a staff member and today I went through the register and it's ALL SELF SERVICE. Something has changed here as it was previously a good store. Wind it back to what it was was please.

Just your average kmart experience. Though I did really love the Halloween decorations. Wasn't too impressed with the the costumes for 2-3 yr old boys there was one 1 design

Bought a corrugated cardboard cat scratcher from kmart. Cheapest I had seen anywhere at only $5

Fantastic range of products and are really on the ball when it comes to watching out for Covid compliancy which at the moment is just so important.
I don’t know if I was lucky but I walked into a fully stocked store with the latest in their catalogue and more and I wasn’t wanting for any sizes they had them all!
The girls behind the registers are so incredibly friendly and of course as usual, I went in there for a jacket and I walked out with about 12 items – my bad but I look pretty good when I go out!
They’re also wonderful to as already purchased a velour men’s super large windcheater where a bit of the it had come off the front. Well that came from Kmart in Belmont because it was an online purchase but the manager was happy to either give me a credit or if they have a new one there (which is what I really want) I’ve been told that I can swap the item. Of course I can prove that I purchased the item online – that goes without saying, that’s my receipt!
Very, very clean store with fully stocked shelves without being over stocked or cluttered and no empty shelves so maybe I was really lucky when I walked in because stuff in Kmart usually doesn’t last very long on the shelves and my friends and I had a ball As there was just so much to look at and of course I had my own personal, “fashion advisor ” with me – bless her little heart!
