Kmart is a great place to shop. Huge range and great prices. Wide aisles and well laid out stores make it a great shopping experience.

Good range of products and very helpful staff. The concierge is fantastic- consistently cheerful and competent.
I especially like the checkout set up (close to exit) which seems both logical and efficient.

This a large KMart with excellent KMart pricing for a large range of items. Check the web for stock levels before you go in store.

Food was very tasty, dishes were quite innovative, not very traditional Thai.
Quite busy but they managed to fit us in without a booking.

Very impressed with the click and collect experience at Kmart! I found the click and collect parking bays hard to find, but the staff were great once I found it.

Why offer a click and collect service if it’s all just seems to be such a hassle for the staff.
I rang the number and parked in the click and collect bay, only to be met with the rudest manner on the other end of the phone “errr what’s your order number” in a condescending tone.
Was told to wait under cover near entrance and they’d bring it out.
Came out in a trolly (i’d ordered a chair) which I went to take off the lady and instead of politely saying she’d be keeping the trolly, she instead just pointed at the chair, which I responded to with “I’ll take the chair out then”. No response.
I understand this is a hard time for people not just in retail but everywhere. I work in healthcare and it’s stressful, but I thought I was doing the right thing by obeying the suggestion of doing contactless pickup in the sms sent to me by kmart. A little kindness can go a long way in the midst of not just a pandemic but in everyday life.

Most of my personal and household needs, I get them at Kmart. They have the things I think I need, things I do need, things I didn't realize I need, things I want, things i don't want but still buy. So they basically have almost everything. Sometimes, the staff are usually hard to find but if you do find them, they try their best to help you the best they can. What I like about their products is that they are very affordable (cheaper than most) and are of OK quality.

DISGRACEFUL SERVICE
Promised that two kids bikes would be assembled and ready today for my children’s birthday party tomorrow

You guessed it - NOT READY, NO CALL, NO CUSTOMER SERVICE!

After I have to chase up, the manager offered nothing in return. Advised I could call Store Management but they are not available till Monday.

THERE WAS NO DELAY IN THEM TAKING MY MONEY IN FULL 5 DAYS AGO


Absolutely appalling! I’m disgusted and I cannot see myself continuing to be a loyal customer (of 40 years) to the Kmart brand

UNACCEPTABLE service standards. Treatment of individuals is illegal. Bullying and defamation involved. Serious regulation is required.
Was shopping with an infant whom I needed to feed. Do not usually shop here. Came to enquire whether the area in the middle was self-serve only or if there was an active counter. I am told that the woman that responded was K. She responded very defensive and aggressively whilst her customer started screaming at an alarming volume at us. The customer violently told me to stand metres away and started screaming profanities at me, which was extremely unsettling. I believe this presumptuous extremist behaviour was prompted by the fact that the service assistant was serving a friend and was entertaining a personal conversation going through the customer's phone looking at photos. I was in a situation where I was using a returns voucher. I was unable to use a self-serve counter and the customers behind me weren't sure whether or not to overtake me, which I communicated with them that I was happy for them to do so as I was awaiting a service counter (however, I wasn't sure if the said register was actually open). The treatment that I, an elderly woman and my child were subjected to was unacceptable. Later, I realised that your sales assistant was serving a person known to her. She was having a social chat. Her register was open. She abused me and allowed a customer to bully and abuse me instead of simply apologising and saying 'Yes. This register is open'. The Kmart I have been to has registers in the middle of the store and the front and I'm never sure where the human sales assistants are. The sales rep should have stopped her customer/friend from mistreating me. She should have told this person that she needed to stop and not behave in the manner that she did. I was further appalled by the treatment when this sales assistant went on to lie to at least 2 or 3 customers that came later about me. That behaviour is defamatory and criminal level intimidation to do in my presence (or outside of it). It does not honour Kmart code of conduct or the contract signed. This is not the treatment I expect in a shop or in any socially responsible community. The customer she was dealing with needed to be removed by security or be told not to engage in that manner. This occurred on march 14 around 2.22pm. Please view cctv footage if you have it and ensure your service assistants behave in an acceptable manner. My question was innocent. I was made to feel unsafe. Defamed. Treated in a degrading manner. No respect or empathy showed for the fact that I was with an infant and elderly woman. No normal protocols service assistants should use to answer questions and de-escalate a situation were used. I am extremely disappointed and will certainly never shop at a kmart shop again. I question why we were singled out and treated in such an inhumane manner and it's possible that we were subjected to a racial attack. The girl that actually ended up serving us was polite and so was one of the female managers I spoke to. I left this conversation with the understanding that this person is a repeat offender. However, when I went to add to my report, I was met with a male member of management who said "she wouldn't hurt a fly". That statement indicated that this member was not empathetic and engaged in victim blaming, which is not cool. This incident left us all feeling low spirited.

Customer service is great. They go above and beyond to help you find your desired product. Dont rely on online system as the availability on the website doesn't mean you'll actually find that product in store.

Not a fan of Kmart shopping, found it difficult to find an assistant, don't like how I must pay in the centre of the store, then get asked for proof of purchase leaving.

So unfortunately I live in Frankston and something I had ordered online was only in stock at Knox Kmart so I had to travel all the way out I was a little bit annoyed but when I got to the Knox Kmart store I discovered that a lot of other things that well door stuck at other Kmart they had in stock especially being just before Christmas it worked in my favour so I'm very happy with the store and the stock levels that they try to keep the staff were very friendly and most helpful and thus to itself was pretty clean considering the season
