Kmart Horsham

I was in Kmart Saturday afternoon and was served by a lovely young man named Riley. I just wanted to leave a review because he was an absolute pleasure to be served by. He had amazing customer skills, a brilliant attitude and on whole a lovely personality. While being served I asked a question regarding Lay-Buy and it turned out that was his department. Without needing to check notes or call up anyone for details, he was able to tell me exactly what the deposits and percentages were for a lay-buy, which left me ever more impressed and happy with my experience as a customer! Well done Riley, Thankyou for brightening up my day!

I bought a jacket only 1 and the receipt says I got 2 and the jacket was 39$ and we had to pay another 39 for a jacket we didn’t get

Obviously, very cheap items from Kmart. I get my kids' clothes from here and whatever I need at home.
Some of the staffs are kind and friendly, some are meh.
If you want to try on some clothes don't wait 20 minutes for a staff to attend to you they're hopeless. I went in at 9: 30 am to get some work pants and called for assistance 3x. Nobody came. Some of the staff just walked past me when I needed help.

Great. Good range of clothing. Terrific staff. I managed to get lost inside and was taken the right way out by a very sweet and friendly staff member.

One of the larger Kmart stores with a large variety. Well set out, nice and clean, staff friendly.

Super cheap items always a bargin especially end of season sales. Where else can you get $2 pjs. Sales are big at the moment.

Im very disappointed that after my items came from this store and delived to my door 2 of the items are broken, so now i have to go in store to replace them or get a refund, the whole point of buyning online and getting them delived was so i didnt have to go into kmart store, but well now i do. Also im disappointed that who ever packed my items in the box, didnt have a clue to pack stuff around the items or bubble wrap the items, the items was simply put in a box for them to roll around in the box.

Loved the door guy today really very open communication greeting upon arrival and departure how nice and this waz an average younger guy personality and excellent manners

Pretty good with products, quality is ok, but as expected if buying a home brand. They could improve stock though, ordering more of popular items it's hard to find things sometimes

Staff were great. Hate the new store layout. You select your items. Pay in the middle of the store and the walk to the front of the store and have to show your receipt. Pain in the butt.

Very poor section of baby boy clothes.
Had a nice range of party supplies though, was impressed with that. I do not like the store layout toys were all over the place and so we're adult female clothes. Men's section was a good size and the only thing that wasent all over the place.

Stop changing the layout just to please the bean counters who don't have a clue.its people like me who spend the money who are getting cheesed off.

The staff are generally really helpful and this is not a reflection on them. I just don't like the new layout of the store. It is easy to lose children as there are no clear aisles and difficult to navigate in general

Helpful staff, wide variety of just about everything but this paying in the middle of the shop is just ridiculous, so reducing most checkout staff to put in self-service bays that need to be monitored by a staff member/s because the machines seem to default on almost every item scanned, an then a staff member standing at the door to check receipts? Paying an walking out the door was easier

Now kmart has been changed cant find anything when a member is asked for something they are unsure of where to look or they dont know what you are talking about

Lovely staff, well stocked store, but all items were $2 - $3 more expensive than online or Mt. Gambier! That's about $100 more on xmas than it should have been

Kmart was great until the new layout with centre registers. Stuff all over the place in non-sensical order. Staff are great though.

Great store helpful and friendly staff. They were happy to help me look for what I wanted. They have just about everything you would need.
