Recruitment process took months. HR made no contact with unsuccessful outcome, even though it was narrowed down to several of us. Appalling like their products & service. No surprises!

An absolute nightmare to deal with.
Items were ordered online with delivery selected due to me being in Covid isolation.
Courier has lost the package, and K-Mart cannot re-issue the items. Best I was offered was a refund and told to re-order. The refund can take 10 business days to go through, and re-ordering would use the same carrier again. No option for a re-issue with a different carrier, no option for them to use the money they already took from me to place a re-order.
Shocking customer service on the phone, and generally a very poor experience.
Next time I will use a competitor who offers better service.
While I wait I cannot work from home as items in the delivery are required for me to do so.
What a joke!

Poor experience on their online shopping platform. I ordered my item and was checked there were stock 25 QTY available for click and collect. Their system kept cancelling my order and refund twice due to insufficient stock but it is not the truth.

The store manager ask me to contact the online customer service. And the customer service said they have no idea. They were totally not professional.

My order didn’t went through and I have to pop up the store in the very early morning to complete my original purchase.

Rang head office regarding where products are sourced from. The incompetence of the person taking my concern was obvious as he was telling me that the clothing was made in Bangladesh. The items l looked at were made in China. I choose to purchase products that are supposedly made in countries that are prepared to look after their workers better in sweat shop. Was not transferred to someone with more understanding. Now have to wait for a call back from the team leader.

If you use Kmart for online shopping, pray to anything you hold sacred that they don't make a mistake with your order. The incompetence and lack of accountability in addressing the mistake from the Kmart Customer Service team is absolutely astounding. It is now 5 weeks after I ordered and am still without our sofa and increasingly looking like it won't be delivered before Christmas (another 3 weeks away). Our household won't be ordering through them again and running the risk of having to deal with Kmart "Customer Service" to remedy a problem.

This exact store is being used to funnel through stolen visa card information, on an international scale.

I'm from Vancouver, Canada. We don't even have any KMarts in our entire country. Today I noticed a suspicious transaction which locked my bank/debit card, and now I have to get it cut up and change to a new one.

Called my bank fraud line and they looked into the metadata behind the transaction and backtraced it to this mulgrave store. Considering calling up the store and requesting and investigation but doubt that's going to happen based on all the other reviews of poor customer service from this year so far.

They won't deliver to P O Boxes at the Post Office. Their reasoning being that large parcels won't fit in the little boxes. But the Post Office keeps the parcels inside and puts a small bit of paper in the box to indicate that there is a parcel waiting. Standard practice. A lot of people can't get delivery to their private addresses. That's why we have a P O Box address!

Ordered a customised t-shirt for Fathers Day in a men size S on the website through Kmart Create (order # 3073). Was sent a women size S. Logged an enquiry through online portal, took them 15 days to reply that they couldn't help because they couldn't recognised their own order#. Called the 1800 number, was advised to contact Kmart Photo as they couldn't assist, asked Kmart Facebook Messenger got the same advise (fill in the form in Kmart Photo App). Did that and was advised Kmart Photo couldn't help and I needed to contact the online team. So in total, I reached out for help through 4 different channels. So far, no help.

So please can someone from Kmart let me know who exactly will be able to process my refund for a Kmart Create order and please get that person to contact me (via email) as I'm so confused and frustrated with your Customer Service as well as your unprofessionalism and the lack of internal collaboration as a big organisation. Customers shouldn't have to put in this much of effort for such a small refund.

And to the CEO of Kmart, I hope you realise that you're having a serious problem with the operations of your omnichannel and branding. Customers don't really care if you're Kmart Online, Kmart Photo or Kmart Create, etc. They only know you as Kmart. If they can get a product through your website they should be able to get a refund through that same channel at the least. And you definitely have a lot of work to do with coaching your Customer Service people both in term of knowledge as well as people skills.

Hope I can hear from someone soon.

Never buy anything online.

Customer care centre are not very good at resolving issues. I have sent multiple messages in regard to an online order which was cancelled by kmart. I have stated in each correspondence my order number, that kmart cancelled one of three items and that I wanted my shipping amount refunded for the cancelled item. Each time I have had a reply the customer care representative has failed to read my full message. I have been instructed that my items are showing as being delivered and on the other reply I have been asked to talk to Allied if my item was not delivered.

I have however saved lots of money by not shopping at kmart while this matter is being resolved, which has been over a month now.

I don't know if kmart customer service are understaffed, but this is possibly the worst customer service ever received.

Customer service is very very very very poor, I returned an item in June and still haven’t received my refund until today. It says refund might take UP TO 5 business days, but when I contact them via text message, they changed their words, says it would take 5-7 business days for refund, I don’t know if this complies with ACCC.
One of my items purchased online is missing an essential part, it takes a week for customer service to reply me, and no spare part provided because they explained “In some cases this may take up to 2 - 4 weeks for these to be sent to us before we can send this out to you”.
OMG I don’t know what’s the process for other companies but definitely not like this.

I purchased a DB bed sheet set but realised too late after taking out of the vacuumed plastic cover that it was the wrong colour. I straight away took it back but because I was unable to put it back in without the plastic ripping they refused to exchange it. Absolutely disgusted with non the caring staff. Kmart at Chirnside Park, Melb is no longer the people’s store.

Case of money taken twice because Melton Kmart POS machine froze. Store denied refund. Scanned items again and paid a second time. Store told it's my bank's fault. Bank told it's store's fault. Called National office. The first person who took the call was Ashok. Patiently heard the story, told he will follow it up. Within a few hours I was contacted by the Store Manager. Thank you Ashok. Since I cannot visit the store now due to post-surgery rest, I may visit in a week and may/will get a refund. But what all complications and waste of my time just because the counter lady and her immediate supervisors at POS didn't use commonsense.
Will change this review if the store makes a fuss during my next visit. I will vent out my anger and frustration.

What a horrible service. I placed an order for a Christmas tree which indicated they had one available at the time of the order. The site explained that the delivery will be within 3 to 7 days. I waited for 7 days and no tree. When I called, the lady on the phone told me the order was cancelled because they had no stock. They did not notify me and kept me waiting. Now all the other stores have no trees left and we might be left with no Christmas tree this year thanks to K Marts incompetence.

Will never shop at such a store again!

I purchased a bike for my 5 years old daughter as a birthday gift, it's been 3 weeks and haven't received it, her birthday passed. She was very upset, she broke my heart. I called Kmart many many times during those three weeks, but the staff were so rude and heartless. When I said I don't want the bike anymore, it's too late, she said to me well when the courier comes don't accept it.

Absolutely a joke, ordered online with click and collect, manually put in my postcode and selected the store to collect. They website apparently says Kmart Boronia is only 8kms away from Caulfield North 3161.so somehow it defaulted to Boronia.they will not take accountability for they stuff up and they keep insisting i choose that store.
