Kmart Hastings

A big thank you to Kmart Hastings. A young dynamic team. Thank you to the young man on the layby counter. You expertise and friendliness should be acknowledged. To the young girl who ran and got my 83 year old mother a trolley you are an angel. To the young staff in the checkout you were pleasant and genuinely interested in my day. A big thank you to you all you made my day.

Staff are usually easy to find if in need of help at all and always helpful. Usually well stocked. Store is often messy.
The toilets at front entrance are closed far too early.
Could have a wider variety.
Would love to see a wider range for people who are "bigger" both male and female but the female section is very very limited. Especially if gifting.
The option for singlet tops to have extra length should never leave the racks.

This is my local Kmart. All of the team members that I have come I to contact have been happy and helpful. Even I've the phone that have helped me out. Experience shows that they will go the extra mile is asked. Well done team.

KMart Hastings is the only department store in the area. It generally has all the things you'd expect from KMart but does tend to run out of stock regularly in common clothing sizes especially for children.

Absolutely appalling service rude at the counters and the lady at the returns centre think she's better than everyone else not everyone can read in right and I'm sorry I can't and now you've made me feel so embarrassed for Christmas and humiliated you are truly a champion you rude rude rude rude cow

Very quiet at end of November. Lots of stock, but items also not replaced when dropped on floor, off hangers etc.

Like all Kmart shops they are for cheap quick shopping. Well set out and good for reasonable priced gifts

What can I say, it's another Kmart. So it's fantastic. But this one's the best around in my humble opinion, partly because it's so remote it's always stocked with stuff the other more inner city stores aren't! The staff are also lovely

Like Hastings Kmart - location is central, products are well priced for what they are & service is always good.

I bought a bike and not knowing much about how to put them together i got one mafe up and it wasn't adjusted properly. But no one could help me adjust it in store at that time.

Have lots of special buys that the bigger Kmart stores sell out of. Layout is a little confusing at different times of the year.

When you get to know the new layout, it's great either to wander, or to duck in and out for what you need

Great variety of goods at reasonable prices although there could be more service personal available.
