Kmart Frankston

Was in here today and a lady pushing stock around was super rude to my daughter, she asked her to move out of the way which my daughter didn't hear and I apologised that she didn't hear
The lady didn't even look at me just gave my daughter a horrible look and said in a nasty voice I said move out of my way
My daughter who's is only 7 is still quite upset by this encounter and I won't be coming back to the frankston store because of this interaction

I’m an older person with disabilities and at a time when I was tired, a bit confused, and the store was frantic. I had the pleasure of being served by a young lady who was kind, patient and extremely helpful. Her name is Scarlet, and I hope she is given the props she deserves! Thanks Scarlet!

I was in kmart today with 2 of my friends just looking at the bean bags when a worker came up behind us and yelled at us asking what we were doing and kept questioning us and kicked us out of the store, walked us out and made the lady at the door check our bags when we hadn’t done anything wrong. I believe she only did this because we are teenagers in the store after school. Honestly disgusted with the way she treated us, the lady who checked our bags even apologised. She said we aren’t welcome back. Rude lady

Extremely disappointed. Our family members are regular shoppers at this store. Today (thursday 19th Jan) at approx 3: 15 my 14 year old entered the store to buy deodorant before she goes away tomorrow. She was very well dressed (I was in Frankston with her) is always polite to adults and importantly had more than enough money to pay for her items. She was smelling the different roll ons to see which she would chose. An older, extremely rude female worker approached her and told her to leave the store. My daughter asked why and the woman rolled her eyes at her and said “you know why”. My daughter explained herself adding that in no way she was stealing the item and was told flatly to “JUST GET OUT OF THIS STORE NOW! ”. She came out to me distressed. I am disgusted by her treatment by the employee. Not EVERY young person feels the need to steal and should be treated with same respect that “this woman” probably expects. Lift your game and chose your staff wisely. I won’t be coming back.

Things are easy to find in store. Check out pay for items in centre of store no need to line up by exit and entry doors. They have wide range of home brand kitchen electric items covering everything that you need to making cooking food and snacks. The price are very cheap. Example air fryers are the cheapest of any store.

Always understaffed at the times I go in and lines to laybye counter never seem to move.
Staff are friendly when you can find them

It's now 10 days still have not delivered my order. No one answers phone and mobile number provided is disconnected. Disappointing!

Love kmart. Good selection of items.just wish dog items were more of a selection and for larger dogs. Great store. Sometimes very hard to find staff.not enough employed by the looks of it.but still a good store

They prefer you to do self check out. Also every time i have been, they have not had shelves stocked in the manchester area.

Very well set out follow the signs over head of merchandise an you cant go wrong well stocked ample parking upstairs or below helpful staff never over crowded

This is a good Kmart. Full range and lots of discount and clearance bargains.
My only problem is that some of the staff watch customers like hawks and it can be a bit insulting/uncomfortable. I understand some people are dodgy, but that's no reason to treat everyone that way.

50% of the staff on the tills were not wearing masks correctly. Only covering their mouths. Not good enough.

Place needs more staff, service area has no one.why is the checkout in the middle of the store?

Hi a good local store. Easy access by foot, public transport or car. Has a great range of what ever your looking for over a wide range.

Great staff here they all do such a great job it's just your typical Kmart but i always go out of my way to visit Kmart Frankston

Well we all go there for one reason or another but seriously getting through the checkouts can take longer than the shopping

Kmart Frankston tonight, the staff were really helpful, I highly recommend shopping in the Evenings.

Good things always window shopping and whenever I need something always go to Kmart Kmart has everything you want and need Kmart is a great place to go to

Great amount of stock and variety. The wait at the register took a bit long but everything else was great

Think the store is fantastic. Lines are always beyond crazy though, so packed. I think maybe they should sell more of all the clothing sizes, but it's a very organised and orderly store.
