Rude staff especially the lady with glasses at the services desk. I believe she has issues.biased opinion he way she looks at customers before serving them I think her name is Emily

Best place you can be in and there is nearly everything and the prices are so low a lot of sales best service and you can print photos but you can't print papers for school and stuff if they can put a printer for papers and it will be so helpful for students, high schoolers

The staff dont even help with opening trollies, they expect us to get cash out put in coins and then grab a trolley. And the excuse is the trollies are left in the car park. Maybe hire more people to collect them from the car park?

Extremely poor service at the service desk, staff member had a disgusting attitude and was very unhelpful. Will not be shopping at this location again.

Charity accused us of shoplifting then tackled our 4 year old sister with Down syndrome down to the ground further emphasising the down in Down syndrome. She pulled my elderly mothers hair and bit her when she pleaded to be let go!

I recently visited the Kmart Epping VIC store on 8/10 and had an unfortunate experience with the service provided by Emily (the staff member with glasses) at the service counter. From the moment I approached her, her demeanor was rude and dismissive. I came to the store to return an item I no longer needed, and she began questioning me in a manner that made me feel unwelcome.

Emily's line of questioning, such as whether I walked into the store with this $15 item, and why I hadn't had it checked at the entrance, took me by surprise as I was unaware of such a policy. I apologised and inquired if this was a new store policy. However, Emily continued to be dismissive and asked if I had the physical card I used to purchase the item, which I did not. I did, however, had the same card with the last four digits saved in my Google wallet, which I showed her.

Unfortunately, Emily's behavior escalated, and she began lecturing me. To resolve the situation, I requested a store credit, but she insisted I tapped my digital card on the terminal for her to prove a point. Despite my discomfort and the presence of my wife and three-month-old daughter, as well as a queue behind me, I complied. This entire incident left me feeling embarrassed and anxious, almost resulting in a panic attack.

I eventually received the store credit and stepped aside. I couldn't help but notice that Emily didn't subject the next customer to the same line of questioning, which left me with the impression that I was unfairly targeted. It is disheartening to feel discriminated against based on appearance and profile, especially in a country I was born in.

My wife and I were deeply disturbed by this experience and would like to file a formal complaint with Kmart. We are willing to provide a statement and any supporting evidence not out of a desire for requiral but to ensure that such treatment is not repeated in this or any other Kmart store. We believe that everyone should feel safe and respected while shopping here, regardless of their background or appearance.

The guy name jake was so good and his customer service 5 out of 5 he gave me gouache paint on discounted price he is too good

If there was an option to give 0 stars I would the experience I received from the staff today was appalling and I would not recommend coming here instead another Kmart store. I had asked a staff member to assist me in getting a trolley and was flat out refused help, it seemed the staff were too busy talking to help their customers. I have had many poor interactions with this store and find that along with the poor customer service the store presentation is disorganised and there is never staff on register resulting in long line for self service. I say this again I do not recommend coming to this store at all, avoid at all costs and take your shopping elsewhere.

Very very bad management, ask for trolly to open to put my little one who's not feeling well manager and staff getting angry without any reason, we coming here for shopping, buying your stuffs and you can't open a trolly without a coin, don't and ever come here anymore. Please don't come here guys

It's worst return and exchange service ever long queue at the end when I ask for exchange got reply they can't exchange it because it sale in other stores as well.i just need to change the size from large to medium size not even removed a tags it's brand new took it last week from same Kmart store wast of time wast of money worst service not at all helpful for customer if you ask for help I asked what r my other options same reply again if I have bought it from other store I will go for exchange I other store why I will come to Ur place for exchange try something else for customer satisfaction answer.

Kmart is very good place for shopping, reasonable prices and varieties of items for all, it was missing before in Epping plaza, now it's very important part of plaza and Epping suburb.

Good to see staff members on the floor but to who does the orders on shoes and clothes you need to order more on the size that sales more

Rude staff and line manager at customer service desk, refused to refund or exchange even with a receipt.

Kmart is my second home, their selection of products is good. Make sure to park on the kmart side to avoid walking a lot with your shopping

Brilliant store with so much products you are spoilt for choice the prices are reasonable and you will find what you are looking for the staff here are friendly and will greet you with a warm smile and a friendly hello so come on down and see for yourself set in the heart of Epping

This Kmart is a go to place for pretty much everything, including clothing, gear, appliances etc.

Staff are always there to help you find something. Never had a bad experience.

Bought an airfryer- packaging was pristine but item had huge dent in the top. Rang the store and asked them to put one on hold the next day as I knew there was at least 6 there. Arrived and there was none left, none held for me and questioned about the damage as if I'd done it myself and asked for a replacement the very next day. Ended up being given credit after multiple store members were called in, 30 wasted mins and told I could source one from elsewhere by calling other stores. Awful customer service and product quality!

Terrible service! Met the biggest karen, yelled at us all called us "babies". This disrespect through the roof

Always good to people watch in a Kmart. Screaming kids and animals. I call store like these barnyards. 5stars

Really disappointed did a click and collect order at the rear door at 9.20pm. Called the bell and called several times. I had to travel over an hour for a no show. Calling the rear door bell which wasn’t even working. If you can not do click and collect take it off your website. Really frustrating.
