Kmart Endeavour Hills

I have called to try and speak to someone in regards to a stock check. Online says in stock, not low stock, but won’t let me order. 20 times and no one answers the phones. This is just tonight but I have never found this store to ever answer the phones!

Very bad customer service today, it says on stock on their website but no one willing to help me to find the product, item even not on the shelf and no idea about the retail assistant

After being told that they had all the items I was after in stock then put on hold multiple times and getting passed from person to person, to find out after 25 minutes on the phone that they actually didn’t have any of the items I was told they had in stock! Staff had no idea what was going on and one girl had terrible phone manners. Can only guess she was new. Very disappointed by the service and lack of knowledge of their stock.

Kmart? "Gotta go to Kmart" was said on the hit movie Rainman & that was made over 30 years ago. Kmart have had some time to cement their stores across Australia with 323 at the moment. America once had well over 2000 stores across the country although since 2022 there is only a few stores operating today so the store we love to be affordable could soon be a thing of the past so don't forget to support your local Kmart store as they have taken a rather large blow globally speaking that is.

That shopping centre is very small neat and clean. Good for the old people live in the Endaviour hills Area.

You can get your home basic appliances and accessories - good if you'r living in Endeavor Hills

Very clean staff are so helpful and the layout of the goods can be seen straight away. Overall a nice place to shop.

Went to pick up clothing being held at the service desk. I walked away with the wrong size, Viktor the attendant caught up with me with the correct size.

I went in to pick-up some goods for back to school and while the prices were good the selection was limited. For example I could only find one brand of printer paper which was their brand.

As our grandaughters had an accident in the store we could not have been more satisfied with the service and help from your amazing staff.l was going to personally send an email.please let your staff know they are the best and we will now be coming to your store in the future.thankyou

More quite and big store, Most of items out of stock from dandenong plaza and fountain gate can find here.

Kmart is always a good place to shop, but I have found lately that some stock is low or out of stock.

Discriminates against unvaxxed. Good riddens take my dollars else where. Consequence will fall on you at the end.

My two little girls fell over while in the trolley, three lovely women rushed over and asked if everything was alright, got not only my girls a cold drink of water but also their grandparents and myself, they kept coming over and checking, talking to the girls being sweet lovely and super attentive, then even asked me if they were able to have some chocolate and for the girls some kinder chocolate. Such lovely people and the store is well kept, full of stock 10/10

You need to have your double Vax certificate to enter this store.
Some of the children's toy section shelves were nearly empty.
I also noticed a few Christmas items missing, with empty shelves fairly obvious.
Friendly staff to help you with checking in, and also in the register section if you need help scanning your purchases.

Love to go to Kmart. I get what i want in affordable price and it doesn't look cheap. Friendly environment.

So happy with homeware range, tempted to buy more, was stopped by hubby. Hard no to get something, Kmart quality changed so much.

It's kmart, shame it's only got 1 service register and they push you to self checkout. No discount, no friendly banter and no future jobs for single mums trying to get ahead or students trying to pay their way through school.

Needed to do a return on a purchase and swap it for the same product but different size but because it was on zip pay online and there was a difference they said could not do it. At the end spoke to the manager of the store and was able to do store credit.
