Kmart Delacombe

I will never shop here again this has been my Kmart since it opened. Sue you are rude and should not be a stand in manger as I have also worked in retail and I would never get away with talking to a customer the way you did to me and my husband your attitude needs a review and also to tell me for future reference that I couldn’t bring my 6 wk puppy in to the store I was not leaving him in the car as I actually did and my husband was with him I had to get my husband to come in as your other staff me member
refused me a refund because I didn’t have the cardboard so you could resell it? Even with a receipt wouldn’t even give a store credit and all I wanted to do was exchange it for a smaller one It also says something about a person how nasty you were about my puppy being in my arms. I will never enter that store again! I’m sure the actual store manger would have been much more understanding there is nothing on the Kmart doors illustrated that no dogs are allowed we do realise that on the complex there is a no pets allowed. But as I said before he was with my husband then I had to get my husband to actually get the refund for me as they refused me. And it was actually embarrassing happy shopping people

Needs bigger push up bra sizes, my friend has struggles that she can’t find a nice cheap bra because Kmart does not sell big enough sizes, do better!

There was 6 kids there clearly mucking around last friday night, they were messing with the toys and especially spiderman toys and the overall atmosphere is really good and they are always well kept and stocked and i very much enjoy it here

I can't remember his name but there was a guy working at the self serve checkout tonight who was an absolute sweetheart. Great customer service and all around vibe. It's always pretty well stocked compared to other kmarts as well so there's that.

Even though it's a backwards layout to Kmart Wendouree, they have a great range and the staff are very polite. Great location too.

The men's jumpers there are either to thin to girly or just ugly and the staff are indifferent in their attitudes and don't seem to be able to do anything except stand around looking board

I would normally give it more stars but the shelves are empty in quite a few places the store is always clean and tidy though

The range is awful. Shelves are bare in massive sections! I understand it is a low cost store but the products fail. I bought a pair of kitchen tongs (among many other items). They were sitting in a utensil holder and simply shattered. I never even got to use them.

All around a good experience. Staff were polite and helpful, store was neat and well presented and they have a great range of products.

USELESS, NO HELP WHAT SO EVER.
DO NOT PRINT OFF PHOTOS HERE. I am absolutely livid, I spent 40 minutes trying to print off photos and I had NO HELP from staff. They could see me in distress, and they had no interest in helping me. I shouldn’t have to yell out when I’m Cleary upset.
This was for something very important and I’ve been highly disappointed in this staff at Delacombe. What kind of customer service are you supplying? Please teach your staff that when they notice an upset customer, to please help them and not look the other way. Now my phone is about to die because your photo thing zapped up all of my battery trying to print off photos. Bye.

Limited stock. May have something to do with current ridiculous world we live in. But did get some of what needed

Its Kmart. What's not to love? The staff feel like friends and yet are so professional and the store almost always has what i need!

As you'd expect for a Kmart. Layout is pretty good but I miss the old layout. Next door to woolies and a bunch of food joints, which is really convenient.

Force you to use self serve when there late so won't go there I prefer getting service and keeping people in a job

I had a very bad experience there today, myself and a good friend where walking through out Kmart and browsing at the slimes we had picked out a slime we where going to buy along with other items, we decided we would open it up to see what the texture was like as soon as we did a store worker walked up and instantly become aggressive and was in our personal space, he was also a lot taller then us so extremely intimidating. He asked us what we where doing we replied “just wanted to know what it felt like” then he threatened to call the police on us, afterwards he escorted us to the
Register, made us buy the item as well as other things and made us leave the shop imminently. We where planing to purchase other things but he forced us pay and leave so didn’t get to finish our shopping. And we won’t be coming back anytime soon.

Still hate the cash registers in the middle and the waste of a person at the door not checking bags only receipts.

Had no trouble. Apart from there website says they sell maternity wear but no where to be found in-store and no shop assistance knows where they are or can point you in the right direction.

We had some poster-sized prints for my daughter's VCE photography that had to be perfect. The amazing Emma on the photo desk went out of her way to help, was super patient, and nothing was too much trouble.

Christmas decorations already on the shelves! Prices are so affordable, kids can buy a new decoration for their tree without breaking the bank. Take a trip with plenty of parking. Christmas presents done

It was a quiet time so I could just grab what I wanted and tootle out. Oh I'm not a fan of the high displays so you can't see over them. Oh that isn't just a Kmart thing.
