14 There was a cockroach infestation in a connect 4 i bought for my kids.
Very disappointing.
Tried to call for 10 minutes. Not answering to me is bad business and treating your customers with contempt.
Kmart was okay but I absolutely hate the cash register being in the centre, illogical only to have the bag checking people harrass you on your exit.
I really like this store as it has a lot more stock. Katie at the front of the store was very helpful when I couldn’t find the tumblers in the kitchen section.
I was very rudely accused of shoplifting by an employee called willow even though i already showed him my receipt and he had seen me pay
I’ve tried 11 times in the past 2 days to phone the store in regards to a click and collect order, and not once has the phone been answered… on any line! I sat with the phone ringing for 15 minutes on one line before hanging up. Why even bother making a phone number accessible if no one answers? Absolutely atrocious customer service.
The afternoon shift fitting room lady today was extremely friendly and helpful. I asked where were the medical scrubs located at and she w as busy with her tasks but she put them down and took me straight to it. 5 star customer service.
Disappointed ask one of the entry staff if he can help us to get a trolley because we don’t have coin to put in but he said no …have to carry heavy and big stuff …. Unlike other Kmart store who assist us to get shopping trolley
2 ladies Karissa being one in self service have disgusting attitude, unhelpful and acussed me of speaking badly to her colleague which was not the case at all, this is not a high school playground

There’s ton of parking below. A relatively new store, it’s very close to my house which is perfect.
One of the best Kmart I would say. It's so big that almost 1 hour would take you to visit the full shop. It seems the shop has quite a big stock of products. I will definitely visit next time.
Will be even better when every shops are ready and open but it's quite a cool place for shopping
