Kmart Burwood

I came to kmart to buy goods on the 31st, the last day of 2023. The attitude of the service staff was very bad.

I am so frustrated. I drove an hour to this Kmart as the hours on Google advised they would be open until Midnight, yet when I come here there is a sign on the door saying they’ve shut at 9pm.
The least they could’ve done is updated the website.
Poor form.
Also the Kmart is always in disarray and messy and disorganised. It makes me uncomfortable. I wouldn’t shop here if I had another option.
Do better.

Click and Collect is a disaster. Their advertising that if you order before 12pm you can pick up after 4pm is FALSE! It is not true! The item may be ready to pick up by 4pm.but you cannot get a timeslot to collect items for days! Will never do click and collect here again!

I had a Kmart click and collect order while it was very busy and customers were getting reckless and i had a polite young man by the name of Liam come out and reassure everyone they were trying and that all our orders would be sent out as soon as possible. He took down our order details and was very professional and impressive

Love this store purely because of it's 24/7 opening hours.and their awesome selection of brilliant products! Most of the staff are really lovely too (other tgan the very agro grummpy maori woman, who's worked there waaay too long!) HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

Kmart need to get their act together for click & collect. The system is a joke. Firstly, I had to make a booking 24 hours in advance to pick up an item purchased online - ok fine. Then they made me wait 30 mins to collect my purchase after the booking time. My pfizer jab took less time to get than having to wait to pick up my kmart purchase. I would not recommend nor would I use kmart click & collect again. Unless you're blaise about wasting 30 mins of your time standing on the street waiting for a click & collect.

Overall good. The click and collect experience was a shambles, forgetting my order for an hour one day and then not having a record of my delivery time the next. The lady was very sweet about it and got it sorted quickly though.

What else can I say, best Kmart branch ever. Everything is here and open all the time. Staff are friendly.

Kmart improved the options and quality of their clothing range on offer, in response to consumer concerns regarding corporate global supply chain models and sustainable farming measures. Their adoption of the Better Cotton Initiative (BCI) business model addresses such issues and as an added bonus, appears to hold fair trade considerations and Social Inclusivity of marginalised people as part of the supply chain model. It is amazing what a corporate team of determined, like-minded people achieve with a positive attitude and if I delve into my 80s, 90s and even 00s memories, I recall much ignorance and blindness of us consumers, though there were various people questioning supply chain models back then who championed relentlessly for these worthy causes. Thumbs up.

Staff is always helpful and the shelves are restocked regularly. Loved the plant/gardening section. Being 24hrs is also great

This is the main store of Kmart that’s the original!
It’s open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, except Christmas Day of course!
Everything you could need at a Kmart, all of the Anko bands that they sell
Many years ago there was a Garden section but they now use this for pet supplies and gardening pots and ornaments etc.
Loads of parking available, just off Burwood Highway surrounded by a Coles, Aldi, Reject shop, post office, Cash Converters, Bakers Delight and Grilled and Nandos when yr hungry as well as other speciality shops

24/7 friendly service. Has what you need when you need it. Recently refunded something, no issues. And got a surprise bargain due to product placed in wrong spot or tag was incorrect. Winner. Parking is a nightmare sometimes when it's busy.

Kmart click and collect is terrible. Only a few staff in the store and they are taking forever because Kmart are too stingy to put on extra staff at this time to help with click and collect. Not happy Jan.

Thank you so much to Kallista at the service desk for being SO helpful when I had trouble ordering photo prints. Such a helpful and kind young woman! 10/10 Kallista!

I love this place! Kmart's always confuse me with their different layouts, as you head for where things usually are and they are backwards. This place is great though, everything seems to make sense and the kid section is fantastic for your little ones as everything is laid out really nicely and accessible.

The shopping at this centre was very good. The wife went in and got what she wanted. I enjoyed it because I stayed outside!

Proud to be in the neighbourhood with Kmart. Such a amazing place to pick up all the household needs. Quality of products seems getting better and better! Love it.

Very happy with my Anko socks and jocks from Kmart. Seriously, why would I pay $28 for a pair of undies online when I can pay $15 for 7 pairs. Maybe you need to pay $28 if you have a "challenging" body shape. Oh, and isn't cotton as natural a fibre as bamboo?

A24 hours Kmart. Great place to shop especially when it’s hot in summer and you feel you can’t sleep at night. Popular items sell quickly than other Kmart stores.

Great place to get a bargain and their range is enormous. Great prices and help is at hand should you need any.
