Really great store. Very convenient and more products to browse at than most other Kmart stores around and or nearby.

The service from Vodafone was amazing. Truely amazing. I’m sorry I forgot your name but I will never forget how I felt there

Always has what I want in stock or they try to find it for me, and really clean and organised for a Kmart!

Checkouts in the centre of the store with single line through mountains of garbage impulse purchases makes the purchase experience pretty terrible. Much rather Target however they're replacing most of them with Kmart's.

When every other Kmart is struggling with stock they have got it. I don't know how but its great.

During the summer it gets sooo terribly hot in this kmart and personally feel bad for the staff who have to deal with this ghetto in broady. Other than that please bring in some more things like kpop albums you guys would get more business trust me. Does not have to be just kpop but a music section would be cool

Just three days prior bought a GT car, and opened it as my 4 yr old is insisting.one of the lady staff (short,) in an authoritative tone, " excuse me, u r not supposed to open"
I replied " i paid for it, besides my son is insisting "

She was so rude, she asked me to show the bill.

The process of checking may be justified but not the tone, unfriendly body language to a woman especially with a kid. Usually the staffs are good in kmart but this particular one is rude.

Layby counter needs at least 2 staff to operate it. Staff member was very rude and seemed less interested in helping and serving customers.
Won't go back again

Always a long wait to pay
Only 1 cashier and 2 self pay cash machines. All the rest card only which people don't seem to want to use.

Entering and exiting the store customer service was very welcoming. Upon browsing it was clear that kids or lazy people had picked clothes up and put them in the wrong places multiple times. Very hard to enjoy a browse with unsupervised kids running around as if it was an arcade rather then a store. To top it off had to wait over 10 minutes at a self serve to get security tags removed from one piece of clothing while a may I mentioned a very rude staff member continued to stand in the corner and ignore the fact that multiple people required service. After waiting to be served the worker continued to serve in a rude manner.
Definetly unimpressed

Just like all Kmarts I have been to; similar setup, making it easy to navigate as if I had already been there before. Always a bonus for me.

Part of a large but family friendly shopping mall Kmart here is all you have come to expect of Kmart

People always follow me around like I'm gonna steal something everytime I go in I see them behind me it's Couse I'm black when my white friend goes in he never had this problem

Have usual shops in shopping centres, Kmart, Big W, etc, and just a walk away from train station. Very clean.

Kmart have really let themselves go and this one is no exception. Since they made the switch to their generic cheap chinese brand, I have avoided shopping here. Target is much better.

Best at less

shoppers as me, please dont drop the dresses on floor. If you drop them by mistakenly, pls hang it or keep it on a place, because others stepping on them. Its not good to waste someone's money and also not good to waste the things. Think about poor people.

Not the biggest Kmart I have seen but definitely I would recommend it to anyone who wants to buy items for their home. Are usually shop from this place because the prices are very competitive.

Yikes! A Kmart door greeter who actually smiles. I don't know how often Helen Z.works the entry, but as often as possible please.

I actually enjoy shopping at Kmart because I know I can get lots of things for very affordable prices, quality is acceptable.

Counter in the middle of the store.no one to serve.do it yourself and then get it checked by the security just in case u r stealing something
