Kmart Boronia

The only turn off is the man that hangs around the entrance of kmart he is not homeless he lives i n a unit on station street fyg opp 7/11. Shame on him. Re kmart Every time I go there the staff are amazing. I get better service at Kmart than at an exclusive store. I go there for anything first.

If Low stock and no Customer support is what you want, look no further, Unfortunately this is my local Kmart and it often means I have to travel to any other Kmart if I want to buy anything.

There is poor stock levels and never any workers around the store to ask for help!

Had everything I needed at a good price, and put someone extra on the manned checkouts when needed.

The store was quiet and easy to get around the staff were very friendly and helpful will shop there again

Very unhappy with the lady at the front door, I went in to the store to buy shoes, I put them on before leaving the store. Had the receipt in my hand she doesn't even look at the receipt & try to access me of stealing I had to shove the receipt in her face.

The staff were great, the woman even helped up at our self serve as we have just moved in to our new house and had ALOT of items and she helped us right before her break, most people would of been more concerned about her break.but she was more concerned in her customers! Thank you so much for making our trip to Kmart Enjoyble

Saw several staff wearing disposable gloves today. Health advice re Covid is social distance and hand hygiene. Wearing gloves does not = hand hygiene. You protect yourself but still transfer the virus. Use hand sanitiser.

Shelves are bare, no floor staff to be found. All young staff that had no idea what a laundry hamper was?

Sam working over there, very bad, not knowing how to deal with customers, worst experience in this kmart, very bad staff, rude behaviour, always looking on customers like they are theft.never want to go in any kmart,

There was no flannel shirts at all, which is the main reason I went all the way to Boronia to get. I also picked up black leggings, bit did not realise until I got home they were not full length, bit 3 quarters, they had been put with the wrong sign stating full-length. I live 40 minutes away and had a Dr's appointment, which is why I was there.
Have to make sure I double check next time

Extremely poor management, rude and unhelpful for simple enquiries and refunds very disappointing, they should keep the target stores not kmart

I find the staff pleasant and helpful when asked for something, service with a smile. Great selection of goods at very reasonable prices. My only concern is the register experience. At this time of required social distancing I was alarmed that I had to walk through the middle of 2 lines of people, one line being the self serve, the other register serving, both full to the brim and extra staff (3) also standing there (not counting those serving). Not good! It was not a safe or comfortable experience. Counting people coming in and leaving tells me they are trying but congregating at the registers needs to be policed better. I was actually hesitant to walk through the 15 people I counted in that small area.
Other areas good, changes re changerooms etc. I wont be back for a while.

The quality of the products from Kmart has decreased over the years. That being said they are still relatively cheap. The products are just more cheaply made

This is a very good kmart store as there will be the item you need. This store is very big which is great as it gives you more space to walk around the store which also opens the whole store to a large amount of space. Great customer service. There could be some improvements though as you could get someone to collect the trolleys in the carpark as most of the time, there is a trolley i will need to remove in order to park the car. Other than that I think that the store is slightly better than other k mart stores. You could also find another way to advertise the store as i think it is like the store is hiding from the rest of the stores and needs to stand out from the rest of the other competitors. If there was a billboard somewhere near the store, more people will know where it is located. The store is clean and is in a good condition. Great store.

I'm torn about my local Kmart. It's a great place to pick up basic clothing and cheap shoes, and has a great range of home wares and socks and undies for everyone in our family. But at the same time, the quality is not great, so in the long run, it's not as great value. And I've noticed that the choice of brands is decreasing and being replaced with in-house brands, so I've started looking elsewhere for things for my home and family.

Probably one of my preferred Kmart stores, just because it is close, is open until late and generally quite tidy and organised

They had the items i needed and they were easy to find with a great store layout and large department signage. Prices were good

I am shocked at the poor quality standards at Kmart Boronia - particular in the beauty section of the store. While most other Kmarts have a large range of fake eyelashes, I could only find one pair in the entire store! When I got home and began putting the lashes on, the lash glue was COMPLETELY dry. There was no expiry date on this packet so I have no idea how long it had been on shelves, but judging by the state of the glue probably months! I ended up using glue from another kit I had bought from Kmart earlier, but when I went to remove the lashes a couple of hours later, they were completely stuck to my eyelids and this was without a doubt the most painful experience of my life. It is only a matter of time before customers begin getting eye infections from your products (if they haven't already). YOU NEED TO DO BETTER KMART.

Great place to bye last minute presents for your family or even friend's. I always go there when I have a doctor's appointment in boronia.

Don't like the layout very hard to find what you want and paying in the middle of a store for goods ridiculous
