Kyle and the team from My Car Auto service cranbourne did an amazing work helping me sort out my tyres. They accomodated my needs and checked my car to give me and my family peace and comfort driving to Sydney.

OVER AND BEYOND! Rare great experience! My wife’s car had a flat and we got here on a Saturday at 1: 59pm, a minute before they close. Matt offered to fix it so we can pick up on Monday but our work wouldn’t permit and I was worried that my wife had to drive in wet weather with the tiny spare wheel. Matt understood and extended himself past working hours to fix the tyre, replace the spare wheel and send us on our way. Now, that’s Service that goes over and beyond! Well done and Retail needs a few more Matts. Good on you mate and well done MyCar Cranbourne.

Needed another puncture fixed. Went to another MyCar near work in the city and it was the poorest experience. Took the chance and drove home to pur trustworthy MyCar Cranbourne and they found a new tyre within our budget and fixed it up. Great Service from Kyall. These guys are so consistent. Well done!

Excellent Job, Kyle helped sourced the Aux battery for my 2013 Toyota Camry hybrid within short period of time and went above and beyond his role for customer service.

The tyres are a game-changer. They offer exceptional service, the tyres have impressive durability, improved fuel efficiency– all at a great value.

A white person with a good height and bit fat attended me at around 2pm on 21st June 2023 for my scheduled appointment to fix puncture on a tyre. He was so unprofessional and rude, literally I could not see his frowning face and took back my keys without getting his service. He is not fit to be in a customer facing role as he has got zero smile on his face…. I strongly recommend everyone to not to go there….

Was at the United petrol station in Cranbourne trying to pump flat tyre (air pump was cut off by vandals) when Kyle (Manager of mycar Cranbourne) drove past and asked me to drive slowly to the workshop 50 mtrs away and they would help me with the tyre. I cancelled Roadside assist and completely trusted his word. He was prompt and helpful ended up it was a puncture he had it repaired and I was driving away within 30mins.

So thankful there are people that act when help is required especially if they are able to help.

Always great service and attention to detail here. Have been very happy with the team and their work. Checked my Suby dashboard engine light and didn't charge for their time and effort. (PS Craig doesn't work at this location.)

A big shout to to Kyle at mycar in Cranbourne who saw that I had been yet another victim of a massive pot hole on Cranbourne Frankston Rd. Kyle stopped on his way to this Christmas party to offer to help me out and changed my tyre for me. Can’t thank him enough, such a lovely thing to do.
