KloudSac

Edit after a few more months - I use it a lot more now, and taking cover off and forming it into a seat makes it comfortable. But don't ever puff it up again after you have moulded it to suit your body.
My initial experience with the Kloudsac Mondo was this - Nobody sits on it for long. I think the problem is the faux fur cover is too small for the bag, and therefore it causes too much compression and firmness. It feels like I'm slipping off. I can only sit on the edge of it, while trying not to slip off. The Kloudsac is very big and takes up a lot of room for something that isn't used much. So, I decided to take the faux fur cover off, allowing the foam to spread out a bit more, and so it's not as firm. It doesn't look as good, but now I can sink into it and get a bit more comfortable. I can curl my feet up and stretch out a bit, instead of just sitting on the edge. I'm 5' 4". I'm giving it 3 stars, and hoping that without the cover it might get more use.

Recently purchased a Urban. It’s a favourite. I do not find it too big. I wish I had the size go buy a bigger one but it’s still great at the urban size. Delivery was very quick. Instruction were confusing but the online video was good. Happy so far. My suggestion for improvement would be so add some fabric handles to make it easier to manoeuvre.

We recently ordered 2 cubes which are great for lounge room seating! Loving them, and an XL Grande 3-person Kloudsac. The Kloudsac is awesome and comfy to sit and/or sleep on, but it definitely doesn't fit 3 people on it unless they're extremely skinny ;) two people at most.
But either way it's a good purchase and even our pets are loving the comfortability of the Kloudsac.

As a long-term educator, the inclusion of this item into my inclusive secondary classes wrought extraordinary success for all students. The KloudSac is a collabotaive work hub, meeting place, and safety space. The cost is significantly outweighed by its intrinsic value to a productive and engaging classroom environment.

This is a QUALITY organisation who provide QUALITY products! I (via my NDIS Planner) purchased a kloudsac Grande and due to miscommunication by myself - recieved the incorrect colour / textured covers for the bag which as the father of an autistic daughter is problematic. I contacted Shane @ Kloudsac and the after purchase service could not have been any better. The company / Shane were empathetic, understanding, flexible and just straight out awesome in assisting my to return the incorrect covers and provide those required. I can not recommend or commend there service any more.
In regards to the bag itself it is clearly a quality product and the "Grande" is seriously like a "mini planet". Its HUGE!

We recently purchased a Kloud Sac from here and the Custer service has been absolutely appalling.
We ordered a pink velvet cover when it can we were disappointed as it was purple not pink. (No biggie)
Thinking this wouldn’t be a huge issue to return.
We were told we had to pay for our return and the new one to be sent out this cost us $40 that was not being refunded to us.
Very confused why we had to pay both shipping cost when we clearly received the wrong colour.
After many emails with Shane he eventually just didn’t even reply to me anymore.
This is just the worst customer service and for this wouldn’t recommend or buy from this company again!

Went to Forty Winks for a mattress and walked away with the most comfortable bean bag I've ever sat in.
I can't begin to describe how luxurious the Kloudsac is. The thing is that comfortable that it's almost impossible to stay awake for longer than 30 minutes.
They're not cheap but are exceptional value. Money well spent!
If you give one a try you'll quickly part way with your hard earned like I did!

My partner has wanted one fof these for three years.
Purchased one yesterday for her birthday today. Kloudsac managed to get it delivered today in time for her birthday.
We know a few people with them and these things are the comfiest ever. Looking forward to getting the cover on it tomorrow

Where do I start? I was referred to buying a Kloudsac from a friend who purchased one for her child. A simple and easy to understand ordering process, reminder notifications, and instant follow up from Shane to confirm everything made it an easy, hassle free transaction. Our Kloudsac arrived on time as expected and in perfect condition with easy to understand instructions and the entire family has enjoyed using it even though we originally purchased it for my special needs child who requires a lot of sensory input. Even the backordered blanket arrived exactly when it was expected and is of amazing quality. I would highly recommend these products. Value for money coupled with remarkable customer service. Purchased both the Mondo and the Urban in the stone fur with headrests. Absolutely amazing. The Mondo is huge. Best purchase ever and so incredibly comfortable. Now if I could only get the dogs off them! Definately money well spent and great service)

Highly recommended. Fabric and quality is outstanding. We have both the medium and small, loving it. Comfortable, flexible and stress free. I would suggest a visit to the showroom to get a visual of sizes and the look of the actual fabric. Shane was very helpful in describing what to expect on delivery. Although, goods came with detailed instructions. He was also willing to give fabric swatches while we decided. Online ordering was hassle free.

Bought a KloudSac grande today 29/7 and am very pleased with both the service from Shane and with the product so far. The reason I bought a Kloudsac over a second hand from gumtree or other competing retailers is the quality of the bean bag and I was very happy with the feel of the material and the compact packaging of inner foam bag.

Great quality foam bean bag. Our 3 year old loves chilling on it and watching his favourite movie over and over (the bee movie). The stone fur is a great sensory fabric.
