KK cleaning took out request for end of lease cleaning at the last minute and were very responsive. They did a really good job. Worth every penny, very happy with the results. Highly recommend.

Excellent service, they do as told- 'BOND BACK GUARANTEE' they’re very sweet people to deal with. Very organised. They have a checklist which they provide before the service and make sure everything is done perfectly.

These guys are hoax.in my own experience i hired them for house cleaning and on the last day of the my lease term they had to clean the house.they came to the property and simply said they will charge extra to clean the house but after sometime they said they wont clean because they were not in mood to clean it.very unprofessional cleaners.i would literally recommend not to hire these guys if u want to save the time and efforts to argue with these guys

KK Cleaning Services delivered end of lease cleaning services at our rental property - very much impressed with the quality of services - even our agent mentioned the same. Highly recommended!

We worked with these guys recently and it was horrible, couldnt understand them because of their accent which made figuring out problems really hard. They guarantee that you will get your bond back and that they will clean the whole flat, they dont. They leave out a lot of stuff and when our agency came back to us with the result of the inspection it turned out that they stained walls, broke walls and doors and denied it over the phone. Also they ensured us that they will clean everything but then leave out main things. When I called them the lady was rude, I couldnt understand her and she wanted to charge a fee for coming back and finishing the job. Also you need to pay upfront and you get your invoice later, super dodgy. Wouldnt recommend these guys to anyone!

If I could give no star i would
I paid for windows inside
Only 1 got done
Some inside cupboards cleaned the rest not
Outside cupboards in the kitchen not done
Bench not done
I had started to clean stove and oven
Just put back together no cleaning
Showe r was cleaned okay not the fan
Basin was cleaned but cleaning residue left
Bath was cleaned but not the tiles
They put down the cleaned the laundry but I had to clean the glass and I had cleaned the floors
All bedroom doors wearnt cleaned
The list goes on
I was ripped off.
Stay away from this company
Carpets were done okay but that's it.
NEVER EVER AGAIN!
You shouldn't be in the cleaning business

Poor quality cleaning. I have to hire someone else to redo the whole job. So, I paid two times to do the same.
