Kitchens U Build - Carrum Downs

Most disappointing experience of my life! Great service untill you pay before job starts then try and resolve issues. Did a full kitchen, with stone benches. Benches have huge gaps, a cupboard door warped, was not a happy customer and would never use them again

Highly recommend, excellent customer service and quotes are done quick.

AWFUL.

My mother renovated out kitchen with KUB. After a long process of demolition and re-assembly, not one but SEVERAL things are wrong.

1. The space for our new microwave which we ordered was cut too small. On the drawing it was larger, and correct. It came in with the wrong measurements and proportions. Our electrician cannot fit our oven or our microwave due to this error.

2. The measurements for our corner cupboard is two inches too small, so that the lazy susan drawers that are meant to spin around inside the cupboard is STUCK in position. Again, we ordered this specifically for the structure and it came in cut with incorrect measurements.

3. They put a powerpoint socket? Right behind the stovetop? So that once we plug in the stove top/oven the drawer in front cannot close properly. This is dangerous as the plug can warp behind the drawer. Our electrician couldn’t believe this - he said, and I quote: “it’s as if the person who installed this has never built a kitchen before”

-100/10 disappointing, I honestly hope this can be fixed promptly and with zero charge as all the measurements were there, they just weren’t cut properly.

Alison has been amazing. We installed the kitchen ourselves from flat pack and it was definitely challenging and unfortunately there were alot of problems with our order - wrong size cabinets etc. Whenever I called for help or to question something or to advise something was wrong they have been helpful and prompt. It had the opportunity to go sour but Alison's professionalism definitely kept me at ease and everything was rectified as quickly as possible. I would definitely recommend but i definitely wouldn't recommend installing it yourself!

We self built our kitchen with the help of Hayley and Rachel at KUB Carrum Downs. Fantastic customer service. When small issues arose they were dealt with promptly and without fuss. Highly recommend KUB.
