Our kids broke a kitchen cupboard door. I found the paperwork from when the previous owner purchased and installed the kitchen 12 years ago. The owner, Nick, sent out one of his men to fix the door and leave a couple of spare hinges free of charge. Considering the service we got and how the cupboards still look the same from when we moved in 9 years ago, I would highly recommend Kitchen U Build - Bayswater.

We absolutely love our kitchen renovation. The team were so efficient & professional, nothing was to much trouble & the installers were so clean, tidy & respectful. We would definitely recommend them, and have done so, my brother is planning on using them for his kitchen renovation in the future.

Great to deal with. Ordered Kitchen in August, delivered 2nd week of Oct as quoted. DIY no problems and easy to follow. After sales service was excellent. Emailed KUB with a couple of very minor problems but really quick to respond and replace. Will be back.

Highly recommended by our architect for the joinery to complete our full house renovation. Alisha managed every aspect professionally, ensuring the work was completed on time. The quality and finish to all rooms is very impressive.

Nick and his team were great. I had a problem 7 years after installation and Nick responded immediately, despite Covid, lock-downs etc etc. They replaced the unit, on time, as arranged and honoured the warranty. Very impressed and grateful.

Fantastic service, great staff and amazing kitchen design. We love our new kitchen. Nothing was ever a problem in dealing with Kitchens U Build. They were always available on the phone or email. We got 3D renders withing a few days and accurate plans that never needed altering. Very happy and would highly reccomend this company.

Absolutely appalling. Took 5 months to come back and finish installing the pantry cupboards and some of the kitchen. The design assistant was slap dash and even though she is meant to be the specialist took no responsibility if we had missed something as we were not used to building kitchens and robes. The kickboards in the kitchen were never secured and fall down. If we complained and someone came to inspect excuses were made and we were told our caulker would be able to fix that. The wire baskets in the pantry were installed so low they scraped the shelves and had to be reinstalled. Overall a care factor of zero.

My son Ben and I decided to purchase a flat pack kitchen to change and update my existing dated kitchen. Ben installed and helped me plan my kitchen, we took our photos and measurements to KUB Bayswater. We were blessed to be assisted by Alysha who had great ideas and suggestions. Alysha listened to our wants and needs and we came up with an absolutely stunning kitchen. We are so pleased to have had her valuable input and everything was to plan and on time. I am more than happy to recommend KUB and would recommend to everyone to consider a flat pack kitchen, mine is stunning and when i have visitors to my home and they walk into my kitchen i get an immediate WOW! Yes i love the WOW factor. KUB and my son Ben thankyou and 10 Stars to both.

Unprofessional & unreliable. Turned a 2 day job into a month-long nightmare due to their sheer incompetence & things still aren't rectified.

If you are thinking of having your kitchen renovated - think again. Our 2 day job turned into a 10 week nightmare. Unprofessional, incompetant and pathetic excuse for customer service.

Also, they make you pay up front and now i know why!
