Happy with the finished product, however i was disappointed with the total experience. Ordered a pantry prior to Xmas. Paid additional for installation and measure. Pantry arrived with one panel the incorrect size. We then had to wait another month for the replacement piece to arrive and be installed. Lots of excuses but surely when it comes to ordering and sizing up the kitchen it needs to be done right the first time.

Just finished installation of my new kitchen. Great service from staff at Cheltenham very helpful and friendly couldn't be happier. Highly recommend to anyone doing a reno.

The initial process of designing a kitchen and cabinetry for a laundry, powder room and 2 bathrooms went very smoothly thanks to Fran and Tiffany in sales. Great communication and ideas.
As for the installation itself.
It was by far the most sloppy and unprofessional job I have ever seen. Not one piece of cabinetry, draw or door lined up. Draws fouling etc.
The installer should be embarrassed.
After the owner of KUB Cheltenham came out to see the carnage he sent a cabinet maker up from traralgon to disassemble and refit almost everything.
That fortunately went well.
The result in the end was ok, but certainly the extra headache was not something I would comeback to KUB again for.

Thanks to KUB - I finally got my laundry sorted after many call outs by various trades people who over quoted and left me confused.
It was not a complex fit out but I felt confident with Daniel's guidance and planning that it was too easy! Installer Anthony was also very patient and got the job done professionally. The price including planning and installation was also reasonable.

Kitchens U Build came highly recommended from my brother who had used them for his own renovations. Due to my long work hours my brother initiated the design process with Fran, everything seemed great. I went in on Saturday August 26th to sign the contract & pay the deposit. Unfortunately Fran was busy with other customers so I dealt with Stephen. He wasn't very helpful, didn't seem to know what was going on & I wasn't overly impressed with his customer service skills but I didn't think too much of it. Stephen informed me that it would take 25 working days to be complete.

Fast forward to September 25th when Stephen calls my brother, not me, to ask why I hadn't signed the contract and that they couldn't process the order until that had happened. I immediately scanned across my copy of the contract I had signed in front of him 4 weeks earlier.

I appreciate that my issue was escalated to a senior manager who arranged for my order to be immediately processed. Instead of 5 weeks my order took 7. My biggest frustration was why Stephen waited a month to call me, why wasn't my order processed the day I paid and signed? There was obviously a big miss in their administration process and I was the unlucky customer to be affected by it.

I am happy with the kitchen itself. I chose to do my own install and some instructions would have been helpful but I figured it out eventually. I wouldn't personally use them again as their error created too much stress and I don't feel like it concerned them enough to make any changes to their protocols.

I have used KUB Moorabbin for the last 5 years to build two kitchens (one for my sister), two vanity units and cabinetry for the laundry including an undermount sink. The materials are top quality and fit together perfectly. My relatives and friends are all impressed and want me to build kitchens for them too (join the queue). A big thankyou to Stephen and Fran for their help and patience.

We used Kitchens U Build last year when renovating our apartment. Stephen at Moorabbin was extremely helpful and gave great advice. One year on our kitchen is still looking amazing, absolutely no complaints. We couldn't be happier with the product or service we received.
