Kitchen Warehouse Box Hill

I bought a Frank Green straw lid bottle online. Had it click and collect at the Box Hill store. I asked the asian girl wether I could exchange it to a different colour. She said it cannot be done that switching to a different colour is a long process that the bottle I bought has to be returned and go through customer service blah blah blah. What nonsens? All she had to do was ask me to choose a colour. Also the website says you can shop with confidence because returns and exchanges are so easy. Really?

Thought we had a problem with our Magimix, took it here and the store person was extremely helpful. Cost nothing but earned this five star review!

Have been there a few times and always find what you want at a reasonable price. Bought a meat temp checker as a present and was well received! Would go again and probably soon!

I have spent thousands of dollars on so many items with this store and yet they wouldn't even allow me to do an exchange because I bought the wrong knife. There is no customer loyalty with this business. It's just all about money money money and more money. I'll be taking my money to other stores like Amazon instead, where they actually care about customer loyalty.

A good size store selling kitchen and household products. It is bright, well decorated and has a big range of products. I went in just to look for a chopping board and didn't have time to linger. The staff on the phone and in the store were super helpful. They even gave me tips on how to maintain the chopping board. The store gave me very good vibes and I would definitely return to have a wander and look at the huge range of products.

Shopped here tons of times. Really friendly and knowledgeable staff. Good variety of products. Well laid out. Fairly priced.

Lots of choices, everything you need in the kitchen! Reasonable prices. Sunday was a busy day. They will need to add at least 1 more checkout service to ensure good customer experience.

I've been a customer of the Box Hill store for awhile now but will not be going back after my last visit! I had bought a Frank Green coffee cup online but it was cracked when it was delivered to me. I went to the store to ask for an exchange but they did not have any left in stock. This was understandable given the Christmas period, however they said I either had to wait for them to restock and come back to the store again to get an exchange, or arrange for another replacement to be delivered but I will have to pay a delivery fee. I find it absolutely appalling that I have to go out of my way, or pay more, to replace a faulty product. This is terrible customer service and I will not be shopping at Kitchen Warehouse again.

2nd time at Kitchen Warehouse today. Both visits, they had exactly what I needed. Great layout so you can target your search in store, fantastic range. The store looks great like - we care! Good to see. Staff good and friendly too! The only reason it's not five stars is, I need to be able to spend quite a few hours in here to browse. I suspect this is a one stop shop for homemakers, cooks, serious home chefs and even the small end commercial. Pretty damned impressed!

Great range of products as well as some items I haven't seen in any other stores. New big bright store in the old Masters Warehouse building. Easy to move around in as there is more room to move around in than other typical stores of this type. If you are in a wheelchair, pushing a pram etc, much easier to get around in without worrying about bumping something over. I had an issue with an electrical item I bought in the Moorabbin store and they cheerfully changed it over for a good one.

Great place to shop for kitchenware and at great prices. Plenty of parking available so no need to worry.

. Great/fantastic stock. Will go back for sure. Saw great unicorn lunch insulated bag for grand daughter, who the cutters were for many many shapes to see.

First visit no one even tired to acknowledge me. Second visit, they don’t want really want to assist a customer ready to purchase. Leanne and the manager really did not tried to solve the problem of not having a item in stock and didn’t care to find solutions for me or even try to show me other options. Actually seemed annoyed that I was asking about different opitions; one being stock levels in Perth and then told me I’d have to call them myself. Don’t want my purchases, then I’ll make sure I’ll go elsewhere.
Don’t make experiences hard for customers!

I went there with my Mum this afternoon and when she asked the lady if they had the dinnerware she wanted, the lady was extremely rude to her so my Mum told me that she will never go back there anymore since she doesn't have to put up with that.

The staff is super friendly, prices are cheap for a lot of products and the Raclette machine I got there is great!

Very helpful and friendly staff with the store stocking almost all the kitchen items you can imagine! Lots of high quality brands and items. I will be back!

David is the most helpful assistant I’ve ever come across! We talked about chiffon cake recipes as he is an excellent baker himself. Thanks for the help and the lovely chat, David.
