Received an excellent customer service from a young gentleman named Michael on Friday. 15/09/23, I had an click and collect order which was pending but anyway he worked it out for me with patient.

This shop has top quality kitchenware. I always come here when I need something that has to last, a good frypan, coffee grinder, the important stuff. Friendly staff, nice open layout.

Terrible customer service and a total lack of integrity!
I bought a nonstick pan online from Kitchen Warehouse which after using it regularly for a couple of months lost its nonstick abilities. I attempted to return it here as that is what is instructed by Kitchen Warehouse. In a matter of seconds I was met with blame, being told I've done this because this pan can't handle much heat and there was nothing they could do to rectify the issue. I've been using nonstick pans for years and never had this happen to one before. I was then advised to buy one of their new pans for 3x the price.

They sell bins. They don't tell you that these bins require special proprietary bags. They cost you 30 minutes of your life to simply order some bags. They send the wrong bags. They then tell you that they don't stock the right bags.
The staff member I dealt with could not possibly have cared any less about the problem and acted as if I were somehow the problem.
Never again!
Do NOT buy from this company, especially from this most unhelpful of stores.

They have a huge selection of products, great discounts, friendly staff, and even demonstrations on cooking.

I went into Kitchen Warehouse, Preston today in need of all appliances for my new home and man was I impressed! The staff are fantastic! I enjoy shopping at this store always clean and tidy.
My experiences at this store have always been pleasant ones, staff have always gone above and beyond to help me with my shopping.

My fiancé placed a couple of orders and they were dispatched quite quickly.

All the items were carefully packaged, unfortunately when the order arrived there was one damaged item which happens from time to time, customer service was very responsive and the issue was rectified almost immediately. (Thank you Nadine)

The price match promise is a lie, I travelled to this store knowing they had a Lodge cast iron pan and a price match promise. All the criteria for the price match was there but they would still not price match because it was too cheap.

Nice and huge store, very well stocked. Great place to shop for your kitchenware. Variety of products available of good quality. Nice and friendly staff and very happy with their service. Ample parking available.
