I started using Kiss Print Solutions over 10 years ago and strongly recommend their services. John and the team have always responded quickly and professionally to any request. At one stage we had over 30 machines in different locations and they never missed a beat.

Have had a 2 x copier machines from Kiss over 10 years. Service levels are ridiculously good. We get toner that just arrives as soon as low when we didn’t even realise it was required. Have had their technicians out a handful of times to help setup PCs of new hires and fix problems that we caused and they have appeared same day as called.

Our printer is a Konica and it hasn’t missed a beat.

I've been dealing with KISS since they opened and have had only 1st class service ever since. The machine is amazing now having dome almost 400,000 copies it just keeps going, the few times we've needed service in the years we've had it, the guys have been here in a prompt way to keep us printing. Thanks guys, a very happy customer here.

Appalling customer service, rude to the extreme, rips their own employees off, rips their own customers off. Beware this company. I will never give them another cent of my money now the contract has ended. I only gave them one star so I could post this. They deserve no stars.
