Kirsty Saunders - Yoga, Spinal Energetics & Retreats

I've been attending Kirsty's yoga classes and retreats for over 6 years and more recently her reiki and spinal energetics and cannot recommend her enough. Kirsty's offerings are always done from the heart and exceed my expectations every time. I always feel safe, rejuvenated and more connected with myself after attending.

I practice yoga with Kirsty most weeks, attend her Rest and Restore class and have experienced the day retreats.
In all aspects of Kirsty’s practice she gives so much care, love, sincerity and individual attention to the participants.
I always feel a sense of self gratitude, peace and deep connection to my body and mind after spending time in Kirsty’s presence.
I recently attended a Rest and Restore class with my daughter and afterwards we both felt an overwhelming emotional release that helped us chat about something’s that had previously been tricky.
Kirsty is a very skilled practitioner with a heart of gold.

I experienced my second rest and restore class this week. It was so relaxing. Can't believe I actually dozed off in child's pose! That's so unlike me. Thanks Kirsty. See you next time.
